Great place to stay as far as cleanliness and hospitality. If you’re looking for a family location, this is not it.
Great location the staff are very great and helpful restaurant bars and beach are 2 min walk away area is nice would stay here again
Beautiful room, clean everyday, spacious, very comfortable bed! There is a good size fridge and coffee machine was a really nice touch. Xenia the host was incredible - waiting up for me on my arrival day even though it was very late and being on hand for just about anything - resolving any issues immediately. The hotel is perfectly located with great access to amenities, beach and the strip all in walking distance.
Stayed here on a solo trip it was amazing. My room was lovely, the staff were attentive. Xenia messaged me before to confirm everything and offer help booking any services I may need on the island. Food is all local and the strip is less than 15mins walk- 13 to be precise. LOVED IT! Thankyou
Short walk to Laganas strip and easy access if you want to drive to explore the island. Xenia was an excellent hostess, she was very communicative and coordinated car rental and boat tours for us. She also gave great recommendations for eating and must see spots. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend if staying close to the Laganas strip.

Maria has been amazing, the hotel is nice and clean, but she is the star of the whole place. She made us feel welcome and she has been helpful at all times with restaurants recommendations and tips on what to do around the island. If we could we would have given her 20 stars. Our vacation has been fabulous and we had an unexpected room upgrade on our last days which has been nice too . Highly recommended

One of the best hotels in Zakynthos. It is very clean and close to the center and the beach. (5-10 minutes walk) There is a supermarket nearby/on the way, which is run by a nice gentleman. Maria, who welcomed us at the hotel and said goodbye at the end, is a sweetheart. She helped us with our suitcases and made us feel safe. The hotel is very nice and clean. The electronics and the lighting function are top notch. There is nothing to complain about at this hotel.

This boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. We were lucky enough to stay for 2 nights in a room with a private pool that was perfect for chilling off in the heat and then 2 nights in a ground floor room with a cute little terrace. The decor is great in both rooms, the beds are comfortable and the AC was a welcome addition.
Although there is no reception Chris who manages the hotel was so friendly and helpful, and is always close by if you need anything.
Bonus points for the little black cat who came to sit with us on the terrace.
The location is away from the strip and a short walk to the beach front bars and restaurants, which was perfect for us.

Camera molto bella e funzionale!!! La proprietaria e’ molto gentile e disponibile. L’unico neo e’ l’aria condizionata centralizzata, se si bloccava in una stanza si bloccava in tutto l’hotel. Per il resto tutto ok.
