Pros:

飯店位置在鬧區，旁邊是新光三越百貨，對面是藍晒圖文創園區，走路到海安路及國華街不遠，附近美食林立。房間簡單乾淨，有附二包零食及飲料，浴廁乾濕分離。
停車場是跟「水萍塭公園地下停車場」合作，入住前一天告知飯店你的車號，入住當天12:00到隔天12:00，24小時內可自由進入，但不保證有位置，費用250付給飯店，入住時付款。停車場很新又乾淨，其實停車場費用也不貴一小時20元。

Cons:

其實飯店可以提供，房內紙拖鞋，不然洗完澡，腳濕濕的踏在冰冷的地板怪怪的，小小的要求。

服務人員親切有禮貌，還有謝謝房務人員在我們離開後，即使是一條手機充電線也有幫我們留存，並且還有櫃檯即時通知我們，好險在離開前我們還有時間回去拿。
