Pros:

I wasn't able to check into room upon arrival due to no electricity at the hotel and I was still charged for the stay. The desk person was not helpful and rude when asked how would I be refunded for my my card was charged and got a rude response.

FILTH....nasty nasty electrical outlets and light switches so disgusting. Chair and ottoman were filthy and threadbear. Sloppy painting, screw holes in walls. Electrical switches did not work. Scarey looking people everywhere. Front desk people were unfriendly. Very little English. I was appalled, disgusted and fearful!!
