Pleasant & Friendly
Pros:

We had a great time at this fabulous hotel,staff could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is well located only a short walk to the main square 7-10 min.
There was also a cafe and a food stalls 1 minute away.

Was a fabulous short break away

Czysto, dobra lokalizacja, cicho, bardzo dobre sniadanie

Personel na recepcji był dość nieprofesjonalny.
Ja jak się dostałem do recepcji żeby zrobić check-in za mną weszła para. Ja rozmawiałem z Panią a oni z Panem na recepcji. Pani z recepcji mimo że była zajęta mną znalazła tez czas żeby się spytać u nich czy znaleźli miejsce na parking, czy wszystko jest ok, i powiedziała ze w ogóle to ona mówi po Ukraińsku (bo Pani z tej pary miała ukraińskie imię) i że w ogóle oni dostali upgrade - lepszy pokój. Ja stanąc przy recepcji mimo ze bylem wcześniej i już bylem w trakcie rozmowy z Panią - czulem się jakbym był tam po prostu obcy i w ogóle niezaopiekowany w porównaniu do traktowania tych osób w mojej obecności. Nie wiem moze to byli jacyś celebryci i sa ważniejsze, ale pozostał taki niesmak po tym ze az zachciało się o tym napisać w tej opinii. No i proponować upgrade w obecności innego klienta któremu takiego upgrade-u nie dajecie jest nie bardzo profesjonalne.
To jest jedyny powód dlaczego tak zaniżyłem ocenę.

Excellent stay with outstanding staff and Slow Food cuisine

I had an excellent stay at the Grand Ascot Hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the restaurant’s Slow Food approach — the quality and care in every dish truly stood out. The entire team was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would like to give special thanks to Tatjana and Andrew at the bar, who were always welcoming, attentive, and full of great recommendations for things to do in Krakow. Their warm hospitality made my visit even more memorable. Highly recommended! All the best, Stephan, Germany

A comfy stay
Pros:

Location was quite close to everything. Most of the amenities for a hotel with this rating were available. Comfortable and extremely warm. Great breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing to add. Maybe that slippers would be appreciated

Beautiful hotel
Pros:

What can I say this hotel is absolutely beautiful. Fantastic location with a short 5 minutes from the main square , all staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Bar staff nothing is too much trouble and super friendly. Extremely clean, fantastic breakfast
The rooms are amazing value for money
We will most definitely be returning highly recommend
