1 night stay after Cyclone (23rd Dec)
Pros:

I like the hotel location very much.
Our room has lake view and it was so mesmerizing.
Hot water was available 24x7 in tap and it made our stay more comfortable.
Ample parking space available for 3 cars.
Breakfast was served hot and fresh.
Hotel is good for 1 or 2 days stays in budget.

Cons:

I wanted to pay by Forex Card but the POS machine was not working. I went to ATM for withdrawal of cash and then paid the bills.
Rest all good.

Pros:

Staff is really attentive. In a cold day they brought heater. Helped any time. Breakfast is good, different dishes to choose. Rooms are spacious. Great view to the lake and own terrace.

Incredible cozy place
Pros:

The view was just breathtaking. The room had a wonderful look of the Gregory Lake which you can enjoy lying on the bed. The food was great and the staff were really friendly.

One evening there was heavy rain outside and my jacket got really wet. But one of the staffs dried it. It was a very nice gesture. I will come back here surely. It was a great place.

excellent location.
Pros:

It's located near main road and facing the lake. nice large balcony and closer to city, Hakgala botanical garden and Horton plains is one hour drive. nice dinner and they packed our breakfast, it's very tasty and clean. The staff is very helpful to us always. Thanks to restaurant staff also. Private parking.

Cons:

There are some rain water sweeping through the balcony door and room carpets got wet and smells bad. Anyway they are going to replace it with some wooden floor panels and repair the leaks.

Was not worth it.

The only thing I like was the view.

Cons:

This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve experienced for the price I paid. The room had an intense moldy smell as soon as we walked in, and there were obvious mold patches on the bathroom ceiling and walls. It was unhygienic and unacceptable.

We immediately informed the staff member who dropped off our bags, but no one bothered to respond or follow up — completely unprofessional.

What shocked me the most was the condition of the cushions. They were clearly not washed at all — I could literally see dried drool stains and they had a disgusting smell. It was revolting and made me question the overall cleanliness of the entire place.

I will be attaching photos as proof because this level of negligence should not be ignored. Definitely not worth the money and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

Location was perfect. Infront of gregory lake view. Easy to access the city and others area by tuktuk. Warm welcoming behaviour from staff. Food was amazing, they will serve both english and srilankan paratha chiken dal curry which is more than enough. Highly appreciate their hospitality. And for the information of muslim community, food is halal and staff are muslim. So enjoy your stay.

Cons:

Because of the nuwara eliya's cold(15• c) and rainy weather, you will get slightly smell in the room coming from the moisture. This is a new hotel inside outside comparing to other hotels i have visited in that area.

Duży i wygodny pokoju przy głównej ulicy z łatwym dojazdem. W pokoju było chłodno.i nie potrzebna była klima. Łazienka duza I molo tam skorzystać z gorącej kąpieli.
Personel bardzo miły i pomocny.
Śniadania bardzo dobre - nie było innych gości dlatego dostalismy śniadanie serwowane - standardowo.jak na sri lance - omlet, tosty i owocami a dodatkowo lankijskie curry i makaron.
Jakość do.ceny 10/10

Przy jeziorze byly imprezy i było trochę słychać muzykę i krzyki.
Do centrum ok 2km I spacer nieoswietlona droga to kiepski pomysł.

Absolutely horrible and to avoid at all costs.
We had to pay for the stay before seeing the room.
The walls and ceiling of the bedroom and bathroom were covered in mold. Bedsheets and the carpet in the room were humid. The whole room smelled horrible.
We checked in late in the evening and did not realise immediately how mouldy the room was.
We only realised when turning on the lights after our two small kids had fallen asleep.
When talking to the staff, they just told us it's normal humidity and we should not complain.
The manager did not offer any help and simply started that it's our fault that we paid before seeing the room.
I forgot to take a picture of the bathroom but the ceiling of the shower was black from mild.

Value for money stay.
Pros:

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. heavy breakfast indeed. had a great time.

Cons:

Towels, bedsheets, bed covers were not that clean. But manageable of course.
