There was a flea or bedbugs on the bed when we asked the staff the only accommodation was to change the bedsheets, and then they also said it was us who brought the bugs with us
Me cobraron los impuestos y según la reserva estaban incluidos y le precio pagado en la aplicación era precio total.

Se ve diferente en la realidad a las fotos, el colchón demasiado duro, la habitación muy pequeña, el check in y check out fue fácil, la persona de limpieza muy querida y atenta, pero en general no es un hotel de 3 estrellas, no era lo que estaba esperando, no es ideal para descansar!
Es un hotel muy agradable, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, tienen servicio de desayuno a muy buen precio, está cerca del aeropuerto y diferentes restaurantes, la zona es tranquila, está muy cerca del centro de exposiciones.
Pésimo servicio, hotel sucio, habitación sucia, insectos en las simuladas, toallas manchadas, sábanas manchadas, piso sucio!!!!!
Do not make the mistake of booking here, my room was completely contaminated with black mold and made it difficult to breathe.
I have included photos, however there was much more mold, I just did not feel safe staying there any longer. I arrived for check-in at 6:00 AM, ran some errands and checked out of there that same night, even though I had a three night reservation.
The employee at the reception desk was polite and offered to transfer me to another property. However, if one property (Bog Urban Hotel) has mold, chances are their other property does too.
After showing the pictures they still refused to give me any sort of partial refund.
Hay personas simpáticas y otras antipáticas, en el hotel son apáticos. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y sin sitio para trabajar dentro, me llegaba muy poca agua a la ducha y no calentó.
Lo que primero me indispuso fue que en la pagina de Hotelrs.com el precio esta sin iva y no lo hacen claro, cuando llegas a recepción, es lo primero que te enrostran, tengo que pagar mas de lo previsto.
Excelente servicio al cliente desde el check in hasta el check out.

El personal muy atento y amable, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y a 10 minutos de la embajada americana además de ello es muy fácil movilizarse desde el hotel por el transmilineo cruzando la calle
Está relativamente cerca al aeropuerto.
