Execelente custo/benefício
Pros:

Funcionários excelentes, mto solicitos. Tivemos problema com barulho no quarto acima do nosso e ao relatarmos na recepção, eles entraram em contato com a família, mas como não tivemos sucesso, eles já nos ofereceram a troca de quarto sem q solicitássemos.
Localização execelente. Cozinha mto bem equipada.

Cons:

Colchão um pouco desgastado, já deformado.

Great value property
Pros:

The pool was really warm. Parking was easy. The price was good for Miami. The location was pretty good.It was easy to drive in and out of South Beach and north. Beds were comfy. We had two queen beds and a small dining table, so there was plenty of room for luggage and good hanging space though you might need to bring some hangers. Bathroom and shower area were big. Good sized refrigerator. Cupboards were a bit high for the average size person.

Cons:

The quality of the workmanship in the tiling and the joinery, what's not very good. Cupboards were too high.

Pros:

Clean and very large rooms. Staff was friendly. Bed was large and very comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy location right off the freeway. The location on this busy street gives this hotel a motel vibe. The rooms could use a reno - they were clean but quite outdated.

Excellent location and great value for a family stay
Pros:

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Walgreens and Publix are nearby, and the trolley stop is right around the corner, making it easy to get to the center of Miami Beach.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large living room, cozy terrace with a partial ocean-view, walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen and a large refrigerator. The hotel also provides beach towels and has a small swimming pool.

A very convenient and comfortable place to stay, especially for families, both for longer stay or a just 1-2 nights before the cruise

Everything was super!

Pros:

Уютный отель. Удобное расположение. Большие номера. Особенно понравилось наличие кухни. Мы обязательно вернемся.

Cons:

Устаревшая мебель, но это не критично. На пляже не предоставляют зонты от солнца , хотя я встречала в отзывах , что лежаки и зонт бесплатно. Если хотите ,за зонт можно доплатить $20 в день.

Excelente. Voltaria mais vezes!
Pros:

Localização excelente! À 5min a pé da praia, com Walgreen na quadra ao lado, restaurantes e até uma Domino's. Tem um parquinho para crianças na rua de trás.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento incluso. A diária do estacionamento é $32,50, mas no outro lado da rua tem um bolsão público que dá pra estacionar o carro e pagar o ticket rotativo por hora (só é cobrado das 08h as 23h, então se você sai pra passear bastante durante o dia, compensa mais - deve ser em torno de $1 a hora),
