Icon Premier
Cons:

When we arrived at the hotel and were offloading our luggage from the car. Nobody came out to help us. We were in full view of the security as well as the front desk.. But nobody from the hotel bell desk came to collect our luggage until we went in to check in and asked them to do so. Apart from this, there was not enough hot water in the bathroom. The water was very lukewarm through most of the day. Finally, there was loud music being played somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel, or maybe on the hotel premises, well into the night, making sleeping quite difficult.

Wonderful staff! They go out of their way to ensure a great experience.
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful, always smiling and pleasant. That made our stay so much better! A big thank you to them for all their effort.

Cons:

The only thing I'd request is to keep the windows clean 🙏🏼😊

Cons:

Although the location is near the main road, that’s actually one of the downsides the windows are not isolated very well and you technically can hear all the honking and traffic noise outside starting early in the morning and also at night you hear music so not the best place for a good night to sleep. On top of that the rooms are not that much clean, especially bathroom and in the lobby when you walk in you hear a very bad smell, which is not the best experience overall I think this is not a four star hotel.
