Pros:

I stayed in this hotel for a total of 5 days. The apartments are nice, they have a separated small kitchen area with basic kitchen tools. Bathroom is good, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is helpful.
5 minutes walking distance is a big mall, and within a few minutes of walking are a few good restaurants. I would stay here again.

Dentro de todo.. bien.. pero :
La puerta del baño no cerraba y a las 19hs tenía la bomba en la pared de mí habitación ( habitación 2 ) que si estabas cansado de un excursión no te dejaba dormir..

El desayuno.. muy bien.. y la atención de sus empleados también.

It’s not central but cab service is rapid and inexpensive. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Angel and Andrea went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment of Salta.

Accueil désagréable. Pires difficultés pour faire changer les piles de la télécommande de la clim. Globalement vieillot et mal entretenu. Petit déjeuner sommaire pris dans la "cuisine" de la chambre.
A fuir. Seul intérêt : dispose d'un parking dans une rue ouù je ne laisserais pas ma voiture sans surveillance !!

Nice, comfortable, safe close to many amenities.
Pros:

We had a great time. We were always greeted with a smile, the staff ready to help, we needed to stay a few hours longer because of our flight and they diligently made the necessary changes to accommodate us. Very nice, delicious home made goodies for breakfast. Conveniently located, close to the Train station, buses running in front of the door. Spacious parking lot. Lawn backyard with tables where you could enjoy a cup of coffee under the sun or even your breakfast. Breakfast at your room. Plants and flowers around. Very nice environment.
