Staff was super helpful, especially at check-in. Gave me suggestions for a quick meal and provided milk for a baby bottl

Nice area - easy to locate.

Cons:

Nothing really- top floor looked as if some renovations may have been happening, mattresses and chairs stored off to the side in hallway alcove.

Decent location but facilities need updated for the price

The location was great.

Cons:

The walls and floors are very thin and we could hear everything all around us. The pull out sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and it needs to be replaced.

Location and staff were friendly

Cons:

Our floor was half under construction with stuff strewn about the halls and lots of construction noise dust and fumes. The couch in our room was badly stained we were afraid to sit on it. Last night there after midnight kids screaming and running down the halls. The beds were okay but the pillows were not good at all.

Spacious, Comfortable, and Great Value
Pros:

It was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious and weak suited for my family of three. We utilized the refrigerator and made meals to save money while traveling.

Cons:

The rooms need larger trash cans given you can cook in-room. Also, The pool area was a little chaotic because of children being unattended and running wild. Other than that, we loved it.

Very thankful for this property and their ability to go above and beyond. We came for my sons bday!
Pros:

Other than being charge an additional $20, everything was wonderful

Cons:

The pricing didn’t make much sense to me. Also very busy breakfast area with lots of confusion for everyone

We will never stay here again.
Cons:

The food was dry and tasteless. The hotel was under major renovation. there was only 1 luggage carrier for the entire hotel which was being used to roll kids around the hotel while eating food, not for it's purpose. the staff saw this and did nothing. I had to ask the staff to please obtain it for our luggage the luggage carrier for our luggage. Check in took 45 minutes. Other people had to wait hours because they were painting their room. Hotel smelled of paint fumes and glue. We had little kids with us this was not healthy. Tire was slashed in the parking lot.
