Excellent place to stay while in Columbus!
Pros:

The property was great, the staff was wonderful and took care of all of our needs.

Cons:

Really the only thing was a couple of weird smells in the hallway, but that was not due to the hotel itself.

The hotel was so clean and close to the zoo and waterpark. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

I booked the hotel because I had a pool.
It would have been nice if we were told the pool was closed for the week that we were there.
I had two little kids that's why I wanted a pull.
Also the pool out bed was dirty. It had crumbs and popcorn on it.

Overall nice stay
Pros:

The location was nice to have evening walks with our dog and stroller. Very close to historic Dublin.

Cons:

The only issue was the dishwasher in our room didn't work.

We were content with our one night stay. We will return.

Pros:

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The kitchen in the room was great. Good breakfasts.

Cons:

We were given a handicap room. The shower leaked out onto the floor. The sofa bed mattress was terribly uncomfortable and the sofa bed itself needs to have the upholstery cleaned.
