Pros:

we loved the room and the pool. front desk people were all very helpful and friendly. they went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. we would definitely stay here again

Cancelaram minha reserva é tive que dormir junto com minha esposa, minha filha de 5 anos e meu filho de 10 anos nas cadeiras do saguão do HOTEL em uma noite em que a temperatura estava em 5º C em Miami. Venderam muito mais hospedagens do que a capacidade do hotel. Mais de 40 pessoas tiveram a reserva cancelada também! Tevs princípio de briga com agressão no balcão do front-desk. QUERO MEU DINHEIRO DE VOLTA!!

Highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The staff are amazing no matter what your question! Heated pool! Complimentary breakfast has great array of foods! Beds are very comfortable! Food places, a Target and liquor store all within walking distance in a safe neighborhood. We stayed the day before and after our cruise and I highly recommend and will be back again!

Arrivata distrutta alle 10 dopo la cancellazione del volo e dopo aver fatto un volo di 10 ore mi rispondono che la stanza è pronta alle 14 ma io avevo prenotato il giorno prima la stamza

Pros:

Very nice room. Good bar downstairs.

Cons:

Requested a low floor when booked (prefer not to ride elevators) and received confirmation. On arrival, was given FOURTH floor. Complained and nothing was done. Front desk staff unable to help and blamed others for not paying closer attention. Had to haul luggage up four flights of stairs. Would not have stayed here if known that my request was not honored.

Nous avons apprécié le fait que l'hôtel soit proche de l'aéroport. Chambre assez spacieuse et confortable.

Cons:

La navette entre l'hôtel et l'aéroport s'arrête à 22h. Nous avions signalé une arrivée tardive depuis l'aéroport mais personne nous a mis au courant et information non marquée sur booking également. Nous aurions pu attendre longtemps !!

L’hôtel m’a fait payé la chambre en arrivant alors que j’avais déjà payé sur booking à la réservation, j’ai fait un signalement à la réception, ils m’ont dit qu’ils me rembourseraient en même temps que la caution mais ils ne m’ont remboursé que la caution, j’ai donc payé 2 fois et depuis malgré mes demandes au service client de booking et de l’hôtel personne ne répond à mes messages : donc attention à l’arnaque !!!
