Smart, efficient, and well-located. YOTEL delivers.
Pros:

YOTEL Boston Seaport was a great choice for a business trip. The location couldn't have been better for meetings at the Federal Reserve Building, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and waterfront walks within easy walking distance. The rooms are undeniably small, but the space is used remarkably well. Everything has a purpose, and the design feels clever rather than cramped. Service was excellent when needed, though thanks to the self-service options, interactions were minimal. When we did need assistance, the staff and valet team were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The motorized bed is a fun idea and definitely adds to the efficient use of space, but it comes at a cost. You can feel the fold in the mattress, which made for a less comfortable night's sleep than I had hoped. Also, be prepared for Boston parking prices—valet is $80 per night, which can add up quickly.

Cons:

The hotel charged our credit card with the hold amount for extras and have not refunded us. We wrote severe times, and the only solution they give is for us to speak to the bank which takes at least one month. Also, they were not able to provide an invoice with our company´s name, and booking.com did not reply to our complain and was unable to help.

Easy to get to everything and in a beautiful place!

We had a corner room and loved it.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like are the card keys because I always have issues with them. This time one of them worked but the second room key clearly didn't work.

Cons:

Smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The top of the bed was taken we arrived to allow us to walk around it but once laid flat it was very difficult to get around. The bunk bed idea might make sense for an 8 year old but not for someone who is 60.
