Your staff needs to interact with staff more. The food was not good and too expensive. The PH restaurant was not attract

Itself was nice, new and clean.

Cons:

The walls are incredibly thin and the windows aren’t treated to reduce sound. You could everything from the hallway and the rooms next door as well as outside on the street. The trashy people in the room next to ours were blaring their TV at 3am. We had to call the front desk to complain but they immediately addressed the issue. The rooms are also equipped with a dehumidifier that you can’t access or turn off and my nose was bleeding the morning after our first night. I had to constantly apply lip balm and hand lotion.

Decent basic stay, but the location way too noisy on weekends
Pros:

Clean & decent for a short stay

Cons:

The noise in that area (Friday night) was just horrible. Cars beeping crazy & party people until at least 3:00 AM

Staff is everything—they make the experience!
Pros:

We had a few issues with our room but they were solved SO quickly. Also every person at the hotel was helpful and kind. We felt like VIPS even though we were in a standard room and only stayed for two nights. It was a great experience!

Cons:

We stayed two weeks ago and then this last weekend and both times there was an issue with our tv. Not a big deal, but it was a consistent problem.
