This is the second stay for me in a Bastion chain hotel. I like the size of the room in the Bastion Hotels. in this specific hotel the view was pretty nice, the location is perfect as well, very safe and a single women traveler.
the fridge was not working in the room, however i was looking for an accommodation with a fridge in the room, i could manage without it at the end but this was disappointing.
Receptie altijd open. Prima bereikbaarheid nabij snelweg. Goede bewaakte parking. Heerlijk zacht bed. Mooi sanitair.

The room was spacious and clean.
The bed was a bit too soft for my taste. Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive but it’s ok.

Receptionists were very friendly and really tried their best to help. Room was quite big. Good sound insulation. Beds were not super but good. Bathroom adequate. Overall design and concept of hotel is interesting and special.
Probably due to bad and insufficient management oversight, the place is quickly becoming a mess. It was only built some 6-7 years ago but so many things are dirty, damaged or broken already and not fixed (example: broken mirrors in the two elevators "repaired" with black tape; chewing gum on the floor). Moreover, cleaning of corridors and to a lesser extent our rooms was simply insufficient. Staff at Breakfast was rude when confronted with request for jam (missing for 3 days) and butter. We won't come back here.
