Aangenaam hotel met karakter, niet ver van centrum.
Pros:

Ik besloot 1 nacht in Antwerpen te overnachten omdat ik die avond naar een feestje ging. Het hotel zag er OK uit op de website en er was een scherpe prijs op booking.com. Kwaliteitsvol hotel. Zeer luxueuze en ruime badkamer, hygiëne top, aangenaam personeel. Mooi uitzicht over de jachthaven van Antwerpen vanuit het raam. Kamer op zich is ook heel mooi ingericht, totaal andere sfeer dan bij een grote keten bijvoorbeeld.

Cons:

Naar de vroege ochtend toe een paar keer wakker geworden van lawaaierige mensen buiten vlakbij de brug, daar kan het hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen :-) 's Morgens tijdens het ontbijt stelde men geen opties voor. (Eieren e.d. dienden blijkbaar zelf besteld te worden, niet via buffet.) , maar dat werd me later pas duidelijk toen een hotelmedewerker dat voorstelde aan andere mensen, beetje vreemd dat ze dit eerder niet aan mij voorstelde? Idem wat de koffie betreft: 'Ik kom zo dadelijk voor koffie" ... 20 minuten later nog niemand gezien. Dat was echter het enige minpuntje dat ik tijdens mijn verblijf kon opmerken.

Suite à une erreur d'inattention de ma part sur la date, l'établissement a été très conciliant. Et nous avons pu séjourné normalement.
Le personnel est très accueillant et poli.
Il n'a pas de parking, mis à part dans les rues aux alentours, mais sinon un parking est situé à même pas 5mins à pied de l'hôtel.
L'emplacement est idéal et bien desservi en transports.
La chambre que nous avions était très spacieuse. Il y a café, thé, minibar et tout le nécessaire pour la toilette.

Le petit déjeuner excellent avec un service à table.

Les prix sont très correctes dans l'ensemble au vu que de la qualité que cette hôtel nous propose.

Si nous devons revenir séjourner à Anvers, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Hotel met potentieel dat de verwachtingen niet inlost door een gebrek aan aandacht en warmte.

De hotel locatie is prachtig en onze kamer had een mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt was zeer goed en de bediening ervan vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bed was uitstekend.

Cons:

Het ontvangst bij check-in was koel. De verlichting in de kamer kon beter: enkel leeslampjes en een paar verstelbare spots. Enkel koffie optie, geen thee. De wasbak lekte. Bij vertrek functioneerde de lift niet. De extra sleutelkaart werkte niet.
