Satisfied with my stay with Viceroy Chicago
Pros:

Comfortable is my favorite thing about hotel stays and this was definitely top tier relaxation.

Cons:

Small signs can’t really locate you will miss this gem if not aware of it already.

Outside has pests issues. Due to construction issues. :-(

I loved every moment of my staycation, view was amazing

My sister and I did a girl’s one day trip to Chicago and this was the best place to stay.
Pros:

The Viceroy was in the best location for dinning, shopping, and spa treatments

I didn’t want to leave. The view was amazing.

Enjoyable and relaxing. I would go back and just hope that repairs were made & the bigger room
Pros:

Perfect location. Great restaurant on premises. Nice pool with friendly staff. They cleaned the room daily which was great.

Cons:

The room needed a few repairs that I think should have been handled before we stayed there. Little things like fridge door broken. Chipped paint. The bedroom was tight and the bathroom was huge.

No rellenaron las botellas de jabones liquido y shampoo. Varios días tuve que utilizar solo shampoo para todo incluso habiendo llamado al front Desk para que repongan estos productos
