The bed was so comfortable. The room was so chic. Everything was so thoughtfully curated. Obviously, you can’t beat the tubs. Everything is so beautiful in this hotel.

Cons:

The location was in a touristy area, but it was close enough to be able to comfortably connect to other areas.

I loved the room and aesthetics of the room bed was very comfortable room was clean view was good.

Cons:

The hotel restaurant food was just ok but I’ve had worse so no complaints.

Quality facility, well-decorated, generally comfortable

Cons:

temperature control was lacking. Our room was extremely hot in the winter. Bathtub took 30+ mins to fill with barely warm water. TV was so laggy it was unwatchable.

We liked the Viceroy but were disappointed with

We had no hot water in the shower.

Cons:

Something is wrong with the hot water supply to room 710. They sent someone to look at it and it was still an issue the 2nd day. Warm at best for about a minute then cold after that. Also the complimentary water was not replaced after the first day and we had to take the expensive bottle to make coffee. Also there were no robes in the room?
