Pros:

Beautiful property, but Chris and Asia really made it. Warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. Huge shoutout to both of them for such a great experience.

A Big NO...
Pros:

Extremely small room. Quite expensive for what they offered. The outdoor patio smelled like rotten garbage and the hostess at the bar/ restaurant was loud and very low class. Sloppy looking and rude. Will not be returning.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The location of this hotel is amazing. We were able to walk to a lot of different locations. The room was luxurious, spacious and clean. The restaurant on site had a great breakfast,brunch and cocktail hour. The only downside is if you're facing N State street it can be pretty noisey- but we were out late so it didn't really bother us. Would definitely recommend this hotel!! Can't wait to stay here again

Great location with retro charm
Pros:

Location was great, rooms could use more seating. We reported chandelier was coming out of the ceiling and wasn’t fixed until the second day. Cleanliness was a 7 out of 10 as there was noticeable dust everywhere. Also one elevator was out of service all weekend which slowed us down getting up and down to our room.

Chic quick trip
Pros:

Quick staycation from Indiana. Always love the Golld Coast and especially this little European corner where the hotel sits. We had eaten at Somerset before and liked yhe vibe of the hotel so we opted to stay. Eclectically chic, very well maintained. Lake view room has a very large bathroom - almost too big cutting into room size. Overall, it struck just the right need. And we would have enjoyed staying longer. Next time…

The Viceroy has there best staff!!
Pros:

I recently was part of the planning team for a wedding at The Viceroy and it was absolutely incredible! Not only is the venue breathtaking, but the staff went above and beyond every single minute of the day. Randy and Dulce made sure that every detail was perfect and that nothing was ever overlooked. I work at venues all over the city and I would say the staff at the Viceroy is the absolute best. Every single staff member seems to really love what they do and they make sure that every moment is seamless for all the vendors and especially the couple. You can rely on them to make sure that everything is polished and that all elements will be flawless. The food was beautiful and delicious. We had the best day, all thanks to The Viceroy! I cannot thank Dulce and Randy enough!

Great Experience!
Pros:

We came here for our anniversary and a Twice concert! The staff here was incredible and even gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate. Not to mention the room being clean and our view was pretty. The bed felt amazing as well! We will definitely return, everyone was so nice and considerate!

Pros:

Great time in Chicago at the Viceroy. The check in process was seamless, the lobby and hotel have a great atmosphere and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again! The front desk staff were excellent! Thank you!
