Pros:

I loved the room and aesthetics of the room bed was very comfortable room was clean view was good.

Cons:

I don’t really have anything that I did not like ….
The hotel restaurant food was just ok but I’ve had worse so no complaints.

Pros:

Quality facility, well-decorated, generally comfortable

Cons:

temperature control was lacking. Our room was extremely hot in the winter. Bathtub took 30+ mins to fill with barely warm water. TV was so laggy it was unwatchable.

We liked the Viceroy but were disappointed with
Pros:

We had no hot water in the shower.

Cons:

Something is wrong with the hot water supply to room 710. They sent someone to look at it and it was still an issue the 2nd day. Warm at best for about a minute then cold after that. Also the complimentary water was not replaced after the first day and we had to take the expensive bottle to make coffee. Also there were no robes in the room?

Satisfied with my stay with Viceroy Chicago
Pros:

Comfortable is my favorite thing about hotel stays and this was definitely top tier relaxation.

Cons:

Small signs can’t really locate you will miss this gem if not aware of it already.

Outside has pests issues. Due to construction issues. :-(

I loved every moment of my staycation, view was amazing
Pros:

The property was extremely clean, customer service immaculate from all the staff, very urgent when you call for room service.
