Pathetic experience. Not even value for money.
Pros:

Only location of property is amazing.

Cons:

No breakfast facility. Rooms were average. painting work going on. Towels were not cleaned. no fan in the rooms. lobby had lot of dirt and dustbins were overloaded with trash outside the lobby.
