The Fairmont Amman has truly exceeded my expectations, and I am confident that this exceptional experience will continue throughout my stay. The location is perfect, the hotel is immaculate, and the service is nothing short of outstanding.

A very special thank you to Sarah, the Rooms Division Manager for her exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable.

My sincere appreciation also goes to Hazel, our wonderful housekeeping lady, for her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine passion for her work.

What truly makes this hotel special is its incredible staff. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality is simply first-class. And Every single meal I have ordered has been delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared to perfection. The quality, freshness, and attention to detail are truly outstanding. Cons:

Unfortunately, my room was located directly beneath the restaurant, and I could constantly hear chairs being moved—even though I was on the 15th floor.

Pros:

I did check out earlier one day before my paid check out due to an emergency leave to Irbid but after that we cleared the issue and called back to re get our already paid room to recheck in but they said it was already removed from the system and you have to pay another booking for one night
