Tolle Anlage, toller Pool, toller Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Einfach top! Sehr zu empfehlen.

The resort is well maintained and built to accomodate both types of visitors- couples and family with children. Nikkos, the general manager, is very attentive to customers' requests and needs. He provided an excellent customer service. I would not recommend stayng in the upper villas (Zeus) if you have young chilldren. It is a steep walk and burdersome to do if you have to it several times a day. The resort offer golf cart transportation upon request if you can not or do not want to walk up to your rooms. Breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of items for everyone's taste and dietary needs.

This hotel has the worst receptionist ever. If you have problem with wifi they will do their best to convince you that you don't know how to use it or that Greek communications are disaster. Its not relevant that wifi is working perfect in lobby but not at all in your room. Furtherer more they over charged my bill for 10% with not existing minibar costs. Document of course does not exist only explanation we have that in computer. Funny is that in computer was among other things 5 beers in one day even if in minibar are only 2!. Than when asking documentation receptionist disappear, minutes later coming another one typing something on computer, with no word and stating correct figure, apart fact that city tax is extra charged even if on my reservation is stated all taxes included. Than card can not be debited, there is no connection with bank, so sit and wait. Then third receptionist know how to take information from card in order to execute transaction later on. Of course they can not print you bill since you didn't paid, so even wait line with bank to appear again even we shall send you by mail. Seconds after leaving hotel card was debited, but I am still missing the bill, so I can complaining without documentation for double charged taxes. Thanks for destroying my vacation and forcing me to drive late in the night, due to unexpected time spent on reception.

Otelin konumu süper ve yeni otel , eğlence düşünen arkadaşlar akşam yemeğinden sonraki eğlence vasat idare eder diyemem ve benim en çok şaşırdığım konu böyle süper otelin akşam yemeğinde mutfağının başarısız olması.. kahvaltı, özellikle öğlen arasında pizza sevenler margarita yı mutlaka test etmeliler.yalnız diğer bir konu bu otele gelip resepsiyonun odanızda bir tane bornoz bırakıp diğer bornozu bulamadık acaba siz yanlışlıkla almış olabilirmisiniz sorusu hiç olmadı yakışmadı bu konsepte

- Staff was quite unpolite
- Breakfast was average
- Wifi in the room was poor
- Beach was not very nice

Sakin güzel bir yer. Otel yeni restorasyon görmüş. Çalışanlar gayretli ve güler yüzlü. Ailecek güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Kahvalti kötüydü yemek konusunda cok ucuz pansiyonlarin kalitesi var, bu arada 1000000000 lerce arı var rahat hicbirsey yapilamiyor

Super, neue Hotel-Anlage mit grandiosem Pool, eigenem Strandabschnitt (beides von Lifeguards gesichert):
- sehr sauber
- Essen mit gehobenem "Hotel-Anlagen-Standard" für griechische Verhältnisse / sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr toll angerichtet
- sehr zurückhaltendes, aber stets hilfsbereites Personal
- Animation und Kinderbetreuung (in verschiedenen Sprachen)
- jeder Familie zu empfehlen
- Reise mit zwei Kindern (7 und 3 Jahre)
