Smart Accommodation Rhodes

Jag är otroligt nöjd med hela upplevelsen. Redan från första kontakten märktes det att företaget arbetar professionellt, är lyhört och verkligen bryr sig om sina kunder. Kommunikation, planering och genomförande har fungerat över all förväntan.

Arbetet utfördes med hög kvalitet, stor noggrannhet och ett imponerande engagemang. Det som särskilt utmärker dem är deras förmåga att hålla vad de lovar, vara tillgängliga när frågor uppstår och alltid hitta lösningar istället för problem.

Resultatet överträffade mina förväntningar både när det gäller kvalitet, service och helhetsintryck. Det är sällan man stöter på ett företag som kombinerar kompetens, pålitlighet och kundfokus på den här nivån.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera dem till alla som söker en seriös och professionell samarbetspartner. Nästa gång jag behöver hjälp kommer detta vara mitt självklara förstahandsval.

Özellikle çalışanları çok canayakın ve yardımsever tüm konaklamamız boyunca yardımcı oldular. Alexia hanıma özellikle teşekkür ederiz. Otel tam bir fiyat performans oteli eğer araba kiraladıysanız çevreyi de dolaşmak istiyorsanız hem çok hesaplı hem de personel ilgili.

The only good thing about this place was the view to the pool and the help with the taxi arrangement. The bedsheets were clean too.

We arrived late into Rhodes airport and needed somewhere to stay before our ferry across to Symi the following day. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. We were met by a very pleasant security guard who checked us in and took us to our room. Our room was very nice and had a large balcony overlooking the pool.

The next morning we woke up and we went to the pool where we were me by a lovely lady who introduced herself to us and told us to take a seat. She the brought out a huge amount of breakfast for us. She made us coffee, brought us juice and also bottles of water. We could not fault the hospitality we received. We then asked how to get to the port and she then said that she would call us a taxi and advised what time we needed this to away the port on time.

We had a very short stay here as a quick stopover on our way to Lindos due to a late arriving flight. We were treated really well and the service is very friendly. The accommodation is basic but we knew that in advance. The planes fly very low over the building and are noisy but we knew that in advance too. We actually found our regular “air show” quite entertaining. The breakfast we were served by Alexia was a really nice surprise…yummy! Finally we are especially grateful for their understanding about the room key we accidentally took with us and allowing us to return it at our convenience.
