Cons:

Personal faltó de cualificación. He pagado por tres habitaciones iguales 3 precios distintos, incluidos 131 euros en el hotel por desayunos que ya estaban pagados. Es la primera vez que me sucede con booking. El personal dé booking lo peor, llamé desde el hotel y me repitió lo mismo hasta en cinco veces. Buscaré otra plataforma, no creo que vuelva a contratar con booking

Helles, ruhiges, angenehm klimatisiertes Zimmer, sehr gute Lage des Hotels, schönes Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal. Man konnte sich in der Halle auch jederzeit frisches Trinkwasser mit oder ohne Sprudel in bereitgestellten Flaschen kostenlos abfüllen.

Eine gute Wahl für einen Städtetripp in Linz
Pros:

Ein zentral gelegenes ruhiges Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war ok. Bezüglich des Personals sei hier besonders Philipp, ein Mann an der Reception, zu erwähnen: Er hat bei einem kleinen Problem sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit reagiert. Nochmals besten Dank!

Die oberflächliche Sauberkeit war gut, beim genauen Hinsehen, könnte sie etwas besser sein. Es gibt einen online Check in reminder. Habe 2 x eine Aufforderung erhalten, beide Male konnte ich ihn nicht öffnen. 1 mal schicken reicht, bin kein Fan von Remindermails
