Pros:

As a family of four, we found ourselves particularly well looked after at Vai Villas. It was a great relief not to have to explain what Vegetarians eat, and the kitchen would even be prepared to cook Vegan or gluten-free, in short the cook was exceptionally flexible about people´s diet. And meals were still very reasonably priced! The New Zeland/ Samoan family running the resort offered much good advice over what to do, what to see and arranged lifts there. Half of the time, though, we did not have to venture far in order to live the great outdoors. 4 kayaks are available in the resort to explore the sweetwater lagoon, mangrove forest and nearby beach- so much fun! Even a day just spent lounging around the resort´s decks over the lagoon is highly enjoyable. A major factor for that is the company of all the nice people working there.
