Ein Hotel mit Optimierungspotenzial.
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön, das Panorama super und die Zimmer schön. Gutes Hotel mit Optimierungspotenzial. Sehr freundliche Servicemitarbeiter/in.

Cons:

Dass das frisch bezogene Bett Bremsspuren aufwies, hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Zimmerpersonal hat zwar schnell das Bett neu bezogen, aber anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, haben sie nur gesagt, dass sie zu wenig Personal hätten. Das ist für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel unangemessen.

Super, sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Alles! War wunderschön, Personal top und man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Wir haben noch ein Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war top inkl. eigener Sauna.

it was a treat
Pros:

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a treat. The location is absolutely prime, and the room itself was a sanctuary of comfort, easily the best accommodation I’ve ever experienced. However, it was the extra touches that truly set this stay apart: the spa facilities were an oasis of tranquility, and the dinner buffet was a culinary journey with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality dishes. Every detail was perfection

Tolle Lage und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Besonders gut hat uns die Lage und das sehr nette Personal gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Besonderer Dank gilt Daniel, welcher durch flotte Sprüche im Service immer für gute Laune sorgte. Das Frühstück ist wirklich toll, da werden wir zu Hause vermissen. Und die Aussicht aus den Zimmern ist ein Traum. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
