A very comfortable and beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast, helpful staff, and excellent location!
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel and rooms with excellent breakfast spread and helpful staff. The pier is only a 30 second walk away.

Cons:

No doors on the bathrooms is a little extreme.

Perfect stay in Sun Moon Lake.
Pros:

Perfectly located on the Main Street opposite the pier. The staff were so welcoming and the rooms were well appointed in a modern, well-designed building. The breakfasts were excellent. We really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Pros:

The interior was nice with good layout. Rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. After a long day of travel (Bangkok-Taipei-Tichung-Sun Moon Lake = 12 hours), we got a good night rest here. Warm water in the bathtub was a plus.

Cons:

The smell of incense coil in the lobby gave me haedache. It did smell like cigarette.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die gesamte Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr geschmackvoll und neu, sowohl in den Aufenthaltsräumen als auch in den Zimmern selbst. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und die Morning Bike Tour war ein echtes Highlight.

Keine Leselampe am Bett.

毛髮 棉花棒有跟民宿老闆說 她只有輕描淡寫語意上向我們道歉 表示最近太忙才會這樣 但這樣的道歉跟說明不太滿意 對整體上而言則是維持高統計

設備很不錯 性價比高 早餐小buffet 很可愛

Cons:

在浴室裡看到前客戶用過的棉花棒 以及在床上看到毛髮 感覺清潔上需要更仔細 只是大致上來說是乾淨的

Pros:

Wonderful hotel. Superb sized room with cute balcony and view of the lake.
Beds were huge and very comfortable. Shower was great. There is a good selection of food at breakfast. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Pros:

Tidy and clean.

Cons:

The walls are thin and you can easily hear people speaking next door. (As a result there is strict house rule about making noise in the hotel). There are other rules simply for the convenience of the owners but little about the hotel guests. The hotel is located at one of the quiet side of the Sun Moon Lake, therefore shops around the hotel close early in the evening.

Memorable Stay Thanks to Hosts at Laurel Villa
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location near shops and transportation. It was right across from Shuishe Pier. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and extensive. And the hosts were wonderful. We especially appreciated the sunrise bike ride the host provided free of charge and his insight on the history of Sun Moon Lake. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.
