Overpriced, poorly managed, far below acceptable standards

Very disappointing, especially considering the price (145€ for a single room).

The room was extremely small, cold, and dark, more like a basic cell. The check-in process was unprofessional. I had to call to get the keys, and someone with pyjamas met me outside the building.

The building did not feel safe or welcoming. There was a strong unpleasant odor at the entrance. The location is also inconvenient, with no nearby tram or bus stops, which made it difficult to reach with luggage.

What is most frustrating is the price. 145€ for this level of accommodation is not justified. For comparison, the next night I stayed in a 4-star spa hotel in Prague with breakfast, spa, and gym included for only 85€, in a much better location and with significantly higher standards.

Overall, I would not recommend this place. It is overpriced, poorly managed, and does not meet basic expectations for comfort or professionalism.

To reach from Dark corridor was strange, but i guess it was safe place. Because i am ok. And the restaurant &bar which is front of rooms has kind guys.

Stosunkowo blisko centrum, dobry dojazd metro, tramwaj, niedaleko Lidl. Łóżko wygodne. W pokoju czysto, nic mnie nie pogryzło, ale po zlewie i blacie chodziły małe mrówki. Pościel czysta, nie sprawdzałam stanu materaca, ale widziałam czyjąś opinię i miał plamy/zacieki. W pokoju ciepło.

Cons:

Standard kiepski, widok z okna na zaniedbane krzaki, jedno okno bez zasłony.
