Pros:

Отель и вся инфраструктура в отличном состоянии, а вот по сервису есть явные проблемы и пробелы. Во время заселения сотрудника отеля интересовал только тот факт, что она не видит проплату номера онлайн. Перетаптываюсь с ноги на ногу около нее довольно долго, пока она строго повторяет время от времени - "не вижу оплаты". Наконец, оплата найдена, никакой другой инфо мне не сообщается, и я отправляюсь в корпус Панорама с лыжами и другими вещами. В корпусе на ресепшен никого нет, приходится лыжи нести в номер. На следующее утро пытаюсь выяснить, где хранить лыжи. "В номере нельзя", - строго сообщает мне ресепшионист. "Может быть, сосредоточимся на том, где можно?", - советую ей я. И тут оказывается, что на не знает. Не знает, что есть очень удобные шкафчики для хранения лыж... Это мне пришлось выяснить самостоятельно. Еще один момент, который смутил - это непонятки с несложной прогулочной лыжной трассой. Вроде она и есть, и вроде ее и нет. На схемах ее нет. По факту на какой-то развилке появляется указатель на такую трассу, но на следующем - уже другой указатель - "новая лыжная трасса", потом и он исчезает... Нда, конечно, здесь не лишним было бы посмотреть, как это делают в Германии и Австрии. Как четко там "ведут" по трассе, указывая, сколько ты прошел и сколько осталось до финиша... Не так сложно вроде, но этого пока нет.

Pros:

Отличный отель. Были на выходные, на гонке Легкова. Классные лыжные трассы, бассейн, сауна. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, интересный стенд с медалями Легкова в холле. Обязательно вернемся еще.
