Very nice hotel with great location. Perfect room for our family of 4

Напоры воды в душе не было, текла тоненькая струйка воды. И эта тоненькая струйка была не особо горячей.

Раковина в ванной комнате была в 20 см от унитаза, более того, раковина была примерно на уровне моих коленей (рост 192 см)

Кровать никак не кингсайз, максимум полуторка как по ширине, так и по длине

Вообще номерок маленький, тем более за 8 тыс за ночь. Обратите внимание что лифта нет, мы жили на 4 этаже.

Завтраки не брал, поэтому не знаю как они

This is a great hotel if you can use stairs. It is 3 floors up to the check in office. They are wonderful people. I was allowed to go to one of their other hotels that had a lift. Their hotels have every amenity that a traveler would need. Highly recommended.

A stylish hotel with a comfy room. Good location and easy to access.

Very warm welcome at the reception with very helpful team ever ready to assist. Room is a bit small but still comfortable enough. Hotel is very conveniently located in the midst of many restaurants and easily accessible to some attractive attractions. We had a very comfortable stay.

Location was great - Walkable to the main stations and metro. On a tourist street therefore there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants

This 3-star hotel is 10-14 minutes walk (especially when you are carrying luggages) from the Sapsan train station (coming from Moscow). The room is very clean and fresh white towels are provided/replaced daily upon request. I don’t speak Russian and I find the front desk staff to be extremely responsive via WhatsApp. I spent 4 nights including breakfasts at this hotel and was impressed that breakfasts were served in the restaurant in the same building and not some cold croissants/pastries, yoghurt, boxed juice, fruit in an on-the-go bag. They impressively matched their services and amenities to a 5-star hotel. I would stay here again. Make note that this building does not have elevators so guests are to carry their luggages up the stairs.

I like to congratulate the architect of this hotel. The room had an incredible design with the use of every cm2. Impressive. We had a comfortable stay 3 of us in a small room. The location was very good. The personnel was very very nice and helpful. They contacted us one day before the arrival. Which was very good.
If we go back to St. Petersburg this is where we will stay again.

Stayed for a couple of nights with hubby as a city weekend. Love the fact that the hotel is in the middle of all the hustle and bustle and you don't really need to go far to search fo attractions, restaurants or night life!
I loved the feel and the atmosphere of the hotel, friendly staff, awesome breakfast that is served at the restaurent right across the door (it is closed for all other visitors and open only for hotel guests, the breakfast is very nutritious, delicious and fresh! You have to order your breakfast the night before, it's custom made!)
I loved it that there's a coffee and tea station in the room, as well as a small kitchenette, although we never used it.
The things I disliked were the noise of the street in the room facing the main avenue (I had to sleep with earplugs and could still hear the noise!), the bed that's too firm and the stagnant smell in the bathroom probably due to the lack of proper ventilation. It didn't really bother me much but I could feel it nevertheless.
It would also be a nice touch if the hotel provided some bottled water for their guests, as most hotels do these days.
No complaints about the geenral sound insulation between the rooms - it's grand and couldn't hear anyone in the corridor or in other rooms. If you have problem with street noise DO ask for the room facing the courtyard!

My stay at the Kaleidoscope was great. Very comfortable with a great location was able to walk everywhere with no problem. The front desk was able to help me very well. Was all able to store my luggage in a lock because check in was later and that was great.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations! It was new, clean, spacious and had every amenity you would expect and more. Plus, it was located perfectly to explore St. Petersburg!
