Wonderful place away from the hustle of the city
Pros:

The villa is located in a secluded area, far from the hustle of the city, but still easy to reach by Didi or scooter, which are offered to guest to be used for free during the stay. Xiaming, the owner of the place, is a very nice person, very helpful and kind. He carried both our really heavy bags up the stairs to our room on the 2nd floor. He gave us complimentary bottles of water, mandarines and napkins everytime we left the villa for a tour and when we did the checkout. The breakfast was also nice, being able to choose between Asia and European version. The room was nice and cosy. Though there is no central heating in the room, the air conditioning and the electric heated top mattress were more than enough.

Pros:

Le personnel de l'hôtel était super serviable et toujours disponible pour la moindre question ! Très présent et arrangeant !

L'hôtel est dans un emplacement très charmant avec des commerces autour.

Les visites personnalisées proposées par l'hôtel sont parfaites pour visiter Guilin et ses alentours.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de l'établissement !

Skvely pomer hodnoty za vase peniaze. Personal je ustretovy a velmi napomocny. Pomozu vam organizovat vase vylety za rozumnu cenu. Hotel poskytuje zadarmo e-motocykle a odvoz na vlakovu stanicu. Vyborne ranajky.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist einem kleinen schönen Quartier eingebettet. Der Betreiber war sehr angenehm und dienstleistungsorientiert. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Auf Anfrage hin, wurde die Wäsche nicht auf den Folgetag, sondern innerhalb mehrer Stunden erledigt.

This place is a gem and I would come here again! I felt at home here and the staff was amazing.
Pros:

I loved the healthy breakfast every morning - fruits and eggs with toast. It was the same every morning, but I knew what to expect and it was always fresh. We loved the free scooters and had fun riding them!

Cons:

The description said that the sofas in the living room of our villa are pullout couches but they’re not. In the end, we didn’t need them but we had thought to use the pullouts.

Toilet. Toilet tissue after cleaning can not throw into the toilet bowl. It has to be thrown into the basket. Otherwise, it will chock the toilet.

Изначально, при подъезде к отелю, вызвало сомнения, что будет соответствовать фото, но в итоге все прекрасно)

Очень гостеприимный был прием, в самом отеле есть европейское меню, хороший завтрак.
Мы брали номер с ванной на террасе. Приезд был в холодное время и жирный плюс отелю за: отличный напор и нагрев горячей воды (ванной удалось воспользоваться несмотря на погоду), обогрев кондиционером и одеяло с электроподогревом.

Всем рекомендую воспользоваться массажем, прям в отеле делали в другом номере. 60 минут массажа ног полный улет.

This is my second time and if I come back to Guilin I’ll come back again to the same place.
Pros:

The room was well prepared before our arrival. It was cold and the room and prepared to keep us warm even before our arrival. Beds had heating pads and their room for families with kids was amazing. Enough toys and things to keep a 4 year old busy throughout. Comfortable bunk bed with double bed on the lower deck and single on the upper deck. On the whole nothing to complain.

Good experience staying in the village with mountain view
Pros:

Great location, great welcoming staff and host Ming. Happy village people. Great free scooters on offer and laundry services are free. Train station pick up is very helpful.
