Pros:

I letti comodi, le moto elettriche a disposizione, colazione pantagruelica, il fatto che ti lavino i vestiti gratuitamente (!!!), l’host Xiaoping un vero tutto fare risolvi problemi al grido di “watermelon!!”, ci chiamava i taxi, ci ha aggiustato degli occhiali, ha recuperato da mangiare per i bambini la prima sera anche se fuori orario, davvero gentilissimo, una trottola!!!

The best hotel staff!
Pros:

The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful. Will assist in organising any tours you're interested in. Laundry service provided, breakfast included and the staff really work hard to make your stay easy and enjoyable. We had a lovely stay here. Price is very reasonable for a comfortable room.

Einfach aber sehr gut
Pros:

Trotzdem wir erstspät am Hotel angekommen sind, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Konnten am späten Abend sogar für den nächsten Tagen Ausflüge buchen. Unser Tourguide Jeff war einmalig und wir können ihn nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es wurde immer Obst gereicht. Am Hotel konnte man kostenlos Mopeds nutzen und wer wollte kostenlos seine Wäsche waschen lassen.

Great stay at the Secret Courtyard Hotel at Guiling. We had an enjoyable holiday.
Pros:

The location and facilities are good. The staff services are outstanding, especially Xiao Ming. He is very thoughtful, caring and provides meaningful tour plan for us. The added complimentary pickup at the train station for the six of us was a surprise to us. The free laundry service and e-bike was another surprise as well. He recommended the restaurant for dinner super yummy, we patronise twice. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Friendly and Welcoming
Pros:

The manager was so very friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Complementary pick-up and return to the train station worked perfectly. The location, out of the city, was what we wanted.

Cons:

The property was a little run-down and in need of refreshing but this was perhaps reflected in the price.

A peaceful and charming retreat near Guilin.
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located just outside Guilin, around a 15-minute drive from the city centre, in a calm and relaxing area surrounded by beautiful mountain views.

The host and staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional throughout the stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and featured a very comfortable bed. The hotel also offers very good lunch and dinner options, making it easy to enjoy quality meals on site if you don't want to eat at the near by restaurants which are also excellent. The complimentary transfer from the train station is a thoughtful bonus.
A particular highlight was the one-hour massage included with the booking, which was excellent.

Qing, our tour guide and driver, was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. The Lijiang Photography Tour + Ruyi Peak Scenic Area day tour was especially memorable and very well organised.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the Longji Rice Terraces tour the following day due to torrential rain and landslides, which was naturally beyond the hotel’s control.

Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, enhanced by attentive hospitality and a peaceful setting.

Cons:

The room could benefit from additional space or fixtures to hang clothes more comfortably. Breakfast was excellent in quality, although the selection remained somewhat limited.
