房間很乾淨，整理來說很不錯喔！

Cons:

親子房的椅子很少只有1張很不夠坐喔～希望能多椅子喔！還有隔音有點差。

乾淨、地理位置好
Pros:

旅館整體較老舊，但環境很乾淨
有提供一次性毛巾，很方便
離礁溪夜市很近，徒步10鐘左右可抵達，地理位置非常好
因靠近五峰旗瀑布，晚上外面並不會太吵鬧，算擁有舒適的睡眠環境
有提供很大的親子遊樂區，適合帶小朋友去

Cons:

早餐：早餐不是自助餐，為一人一份套餐，有6種主餐可做選擇(須依用餐前一天與櫃檯確認)，包含奶酪及飲品。其中咖哩飯的咖哩太鹹、果醬吐司的醬很少，且僅有草莓醬口味，果醬吐司應該算是很簡單的早餐，希望可以提供其他口味選擇(如巧克力、花生、奶油等)
房間：這次入住標準雙人房，浴室雖有浴缸可供泡溫泉，但與馬桶距離相近，上廁所僅能側坐，非常不舒適

Pros:

1.停車方便，旅館附近蠻多停車點的
2.旅館上去一點有個瀑布風景區，滿漂亮的
3.走路不用3分鐘就有一間711
4.房間的冷氣冷很快，溫泉也很舒服
5.礁溪附近的美食也都距離不遠，大概都10分鐘左右車程即可到達
6.床很舒服，是我喜歡的軟硬度

Cons:

1.剛進去時，房間的味道真的會有點重(雖然住宿方已有提醒過)
2.隔音真的超級超級超級不好，隨便都能聽到樓下或隔壁的小孩聲音，超級大聲，對於我老婆這種淺眠的人，滿痛苦的
3.枕頭有點扁，對於喜歡躺高枕頭的，可能會滿不適應的

性價比而言，值得歡心再次入住。
Pros:

環境有系統的設計與規劃，能深深體會業主的用心。早餐分前後台處理，料理新鮮美味。業主很佛心，在騎樓設置友善雨傘的服務，讓人留下很深刻的印象。

Cons:

入住就面臨停車問題，但附近停車在礁溪算是很容易的區域。入住25房間，溫泉滿水的排水槽設計應該在內側的區域會比較完美，因為水流下來就是入口玻璃門，加上門縫底部防水膠條有些老化，竟然演變搶救防水大作戰，體驗有史以來，第一次住宿必須防堵水流跨區的樂趣。至於隔音的部分，確實有比較不優的情況，隱約聽到隔壁細微的交談與稍稍明顯的水流聲音。
