Had a great experience while I was there for my birthday.. I got wonderful customer service from Kaitlyn and Quincy while I spent my time there. I would come back for sure.
Friendly quick service, wonderful attitude!
There was a lot of street noise from the interstate and the air would turn off and on. It made it difficult to sleep.

The wait was long for someone to take my order at the restaurant in the lobby I can remember the name.
The room we stayed in was really nice when we were at the bar Ali, the bartender was really good and he was very patient with us. Our whole day when we were at the bar, Ali was Front and Center made is very comfortable.

Check out in was super slow, elevators took forever, staff was not knowledgeable and didn’t give me the rooms i booked
We had an amazing time at Paloma! Bailey, Taylor, and Kaitlyn were all so attentive and kind! We will definitely be back!
I know for a fact I left a nice necklace in my room - I called every day for a week and finally someone called me back 6 days later. They said housekeeping couldn't locate the necklace. I told them I was absolutely positive it was left there but they did not believe me. Read another review about not getting items back if they are left in a room.

We lived the Westin in Chattanooga. The restaurant was amazing. Good food, entertainment, and atmosphere. Taylor and Kaitlyn were very helpful and made really tasty beverages. Would recommend staying and dining here.
