Krásné prostory i okolí.
Pros:

Krásně zrekonstruované prostory, milý personál, vyžití (tenis, stolní tenis, basketbal, sauna, bazén), nádherná a udržovaná zahrada. Bio bazén je překrásný, jen pro otužilejší jedince. Ráda se někdy vrátím.

The location is amazing, the park is great, and the restaurant is very cozy with the sittings outside. The rooms are well equipped. The staff at the restaurant and bar is very polite and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfasts weren’t very good, with a limited selection and long coffee lines. The reception staff also struggled with a booking issue and seemed unfamiliar with how payments through Booking.com should be handled. There was also some confusion regarding our reservation for 3 guests, which was eventually resolved. Overall, I think this was mainly due to a lack of information and communication on the staff’s side.

Krásné místo, pěkný park, dobrá dostupnost, bazén v zámeckém parku. Nádherně zrekonstruovaný zámek, místo má rozhodně potenciál.

Cons:

Bohužel horší byla obsluha v restauraci a vůbec nucená nabídka jídla. Nás pobyt od pátku do neděle byl ve znamení obou večerů buď "speciality šéfkuchaře" nebo nic, max. dětské menu. Obsluha byla pomalá, ještě měli naprostý chaos v placení! Snídaně by byla fajn, kdyby nedocházelo nádobí j, to by se v hotelu této kategorie stávat nemělo.
Pokoj měl vzhledem k poloze v přízemí jednu vadu - bylo v něm celý den poměrně šero.

It is a beautiful location but the level of attention to the guests and privacy isn't great.
Pros:

The location of the property is beautiful, in the middle of a lovely park. We liked the overall character of the hotel as a retreat escape in the middle of the countryside.

Cons:

We were a bit disappointed as the level of privacy is not what you would expect from a wellness hotel. The park is open to the general public and even if visitors are told not to go to the swimming pool area, they come all the time. The swimming pool experience is therefore not as enjoyable, as you have people wondering around and taking pictures. One morning, there was even a group of strangers who were not guests who brought their own towels and started using the pool. The staff only did something about this when we walked to the reception and asked them to.

Also, the sauna and steam room are not included in your stay - you have to pay extra. This should be made clearer at the outset.

Cons:

Malá zásoba prádla. Stále se čekalo na prádlo z prádelny. V den příjezdu nebyl pokoj kompletně připravený ani v 17:00 právě kvůli prádelně.

Ubytovani na urovni. Personal na jednicku. Design nekdy na ukor prakticnosti, ale tak to, u takovych zarizeni, obcas byva. :) Vyborna snidane. Krasny, udrzovany park. Sekvoje berou dech. Jestli bych se vratil, kdybych lokalitou projizdel? Urcite. Mohu doporucit? Rozhodne.

Krásné prostředí zámku a upravené zahrady vytvářejí příjemnou atmosféru pro odpočinek. Velmi se nám líbil také bazén a jeho okolí. Voda byla sice chladnější, ale venkovní prostředí je opravdu povedené.

Cons:

I když jsme měli lepší typ pokoje, chyběly nám odkládací a úložné prostory, což je při pobytu na více dní nepraktické. Pokoj působil poměrně stroze a čistota neodpovídala úrovni ani ceně ubytování. Největším zklamáním byla restaurace. Ochota personálu a kvalita jídla neodpovídala cenám. Poměr cena, výkon byl slabý, proto jsme se během pobytu jezdili i stravovat mimo resort.

Nádherné ubytování s horšími službami restaurace
Pros:

Vlastní ubytování v budově zámku, rozlehlý park s bazénem

Cons:

Služby restaurace: nemožnost si vybrat z normálního jídelního lístku, jelikož v pátek jediná možnost byla grilování all you can eat a v sobotu výběr ze dvou čtyř-chodových menu. Personál občas sám neveděl, co vlastně nabízí.

Nadherne misto na zemi. Je potreba vsak nastavit kvalitni sluzby, ktere budou odpovidat standartu hotelu.
