The room was beautiful and we got a free upgrade. The staff were so kind and helpful, giving us suggestions for things to do and making us food even when we got in very late! I would definitely stay here again, it is a bit outside the city center which means it was very peaceful.
This boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. Suzy, the manager, arranged many activities and transportation for us and gave us excellent recommendations. We highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Yangshuo.
We loved staying at Tea Cozy. The best hotel we stayed at in China. Peter and his staff are amazing, very nice and so helpful. Our room on the fourth floor was so comfortable in every aspect. And what an incredible view from our wonderful balcony. Really enjoyed walking around in the area. The food at breakfast was really good. I loved the banana crepes. Are are very thankful that we had this amazing real China experience at Tea Cozy. I would highly recommend!!!!!!!!
Wonderful location, great scenery and lovely staff. The pool is a good size and great after a busy day sightseeing. The onsite restaurant is also very good.
Our stay at Yangshuo Tea Cozy Boutique Hotel was excellent. All the positive reviews that the other travellers have given are true. The location and service are excellent. We booked a room with a balcony and recommend that room, because the view is amazing. We also liked the morning swim in the pool.
Lovely boutique hotel with a super-friendly staff. A little out of the way, but nothing's really far in Yangshuo. The in-house restaurant is pretty great, too.
Location : need a ride to Yangshuo West Street. Takes about 1 hour to Yangshuo Express Railway station in the very early morning. Close to one of the popular bamboo rafting site

The Tea Cozy Hotel was recommended to us by someone who lives in China and has been here several times - it was a great recommendation. My wife, daughter and I stayed at the TC for 6 nights in April. The hotel is a small, privately owned, establishment; it is clean, comfortable and has a delightful pool. The food is great and good value (as are the beer and wine), and the location of the hotel is very convenient for the river, walks and Jangshuo. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff - every member of staff we met was helpful, good humoured, charming and spoke good English. The service was very helpful and personal. Strongly recommended.

This is an excellent place to stay in Yangshuo - remote location (surrounded by nature) yet close enoough to the city (10-15 mins by taxi). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant has a large menu (both Chinese and Western dishes).

A lovely boutique hotel, with exquisite views of the surrounding mountains and a relaxing swimming pool, within a short walk from the exquisite Yulong River. I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend here.

The hotel staff is really friendly and the service is superb. They helped us carry our luggage all the way to the 4th floor. Suzy at the front desk is very helpful and friendly as well. The hotel is located in a quiet and restricted/gated area. There are on call golf carts that take us to the hotel from the gate and from the hotel. Our room has excellent view of the mountains.
Great place to stay. It was a little out of the way but that is what made it so relaxing. Everyone there was so kind and helpful. We would stay there again.
We just loved this hotel. The people that run this hotel and work there are unbelievably nice. The prices for food was very reasonable and the choices at the restaurant were excellent. We did all our laundry there and their price for doing the laundry was much less costly than the hotels we stayed at previously in China. This was our favorite hotel out of all the hotels we stayed during our 3 1/2 week trip to China.
You must stay at this Excellent country inn in rural China. Fantastic views and service. Also modern facilities that surpass western standards. Note: no central heat in common areas so bring a warm coat.
Most importantly many of staff speak fluent English and were exceedingly helpfully in making travel arrangement etc. Special thanks to Amy, manager!
