Cons:

מתוך 3 ימים , ביומיים לא היו מים חמים במקלחת. פעם אחת העניין סודר תוך רבע שעה. לעומת זאת בפעם השנייה החל מ 2 אחרי הצהריים ועד 6 לא סודר העניין. נאלצנו לצאת לבילוי בערב לא מקולחים.

Pros:

The staff was excellent, specially Michelle and Freydi, beautiful stay. We will come back if we visit Dallas again.

Cons:

There’s one guy that wear glasses and has darl hair, it seems like he is front desk manager or whatever. Disgusting attention, he doesn’t even look you in the eyes when speaking and he was very rude. He has to learn from Michelle on how to treat people.
