Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick auf den Attersee ist wirklich großartig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Türen, Fenster, Balkone, Markisen etc. sind abgewohnt und brauchen dringend eine Sanierung.

Die Lage an sich ist gut, doch wir hatten ein sehr warmes Dachzimmer mit Dachfenstern und keine Aussicht.
Das Frühstück ist von guter Qualität.

Cons:

Warmes Zimmer unter dem Dach. Am Abend war es durch irgendeine laufende Kühlung so laut, dass wir eines der Fenster schließen mussten.

Cons:

The staff tried their best but service was definitely not up to the standard of 4 stars and 250+€ per night. The most crazy part was the senior (restaurant?) manager rolling his eyes and snapping at his staff in front of me.
There are some serious issues going on in this place that I have no interest in seeing when I pay this nightly price. Get your hotel in order and for the love of god think about your guests, how they arrive and maybe how you can improve the checkin process. Absolute joke.

Schöne Lage, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist exzellent. Schöner Frühstücksraum, Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Frühstücksauswahl war gut. Das Zimmer groß.

Cons:

Service, Kaffee, Terrasse war wegen unzähliger Wespen nicht nutzbar. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Beautiful lake view, but very disappointing service and poor value for money.

The only positive thing about our stay was the beautiful lake view.

Cons:

Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The lady at reception was extremely uncommunicative and barely spoke to us. We asked if we could have a table at the restaurant and were simply told “no, not tonight,” despite several tables appearing to be empty. There was also no air conditioning, which made the room uncomfortable.

We had paid for breakfast, but because we needed to leave early due to expected holiday traffic, we asked for a breakfast box. As we feared, nothing had been prepared for us in the morning, despite having paid for breakfast.

Considering the high price we paid for just one night, the service and overall experience were nowhere near what we expected. Definitely not worth the money and a big disappointment.
