The room was decently big enough.

The room which was supposed to be the best in class was pretty ordinary but it would have been ok if things were working
1. The tv had no audio (starts with good audio and in 30 seconds goes mute) it’s a very tiny screen for the room in any case
2. Lights in the room and shower flickered constantly was not for faint of heart very scary
3. Service was poor had to ask multiple times for a basic towel we were three and only two towels were provided it was so slow that we had to share a towel
4. They outright refused to provide fourth pillow saying only allowed what was provided and they they don’t give additional pillows
Please avoid if you need a good room and service

Amazing experience..service was really good and ambience was top class.
There was absolutely no compromise on privacy. The interiors were beautiful..the room was spacious and lighting was just perfect.
Will definitely visit again when I'm in Bangalore.

this hotel is centrally placed in the heart of bangalore city. The hotel is well maintained and beautifully planned and designed . The staff are polite and helpful. It is also a few mins drive from Majestic railway station and all major business hubs of the city. i would recommend this hotel if your on a business trip as well as family trips.

Location of hotel is good. Hotel rooms are good but the non-functional AC was a negative point. Nothing was rectified by the staff. Non cooperative staff. Please never choose their offers, pay the whole amount as specified. Food is average and they have limited number of options. Very much disappointed with stay, food & the staff.

Everything was good except for the fact that the room was not ready even though we checked in much later as was intimated during booking. No toiletries, no towels, no tea/ coffee etc all of which were provided only after complaining .

I almost never write a negative review but this hotel was just awful. We booked it because reviews seemed good. However, the hotel had a bad smell from the moment walking into the door. We booked a non smoking room and there are NO non smoking rooms in the entire hotel. They tell you there is but they just remove the ashtray from the room before letting you in. Our first room stunk like someone was just smoking in it only moments before. And the bedsheets were either stained and torn or just dirty and torn. The air conditioner was black on the outside from accumulated smoke and dust. We asked to be moved to a non smoking room and they moved us. The second room did not smell as bad at first but the pillow cases appeared to have blood on them and there was hair on the bedsheets as if they had not been changed. The staff did their best to help by changing the sheets and pillow cases but even the comforter was torn and smelling bad. The Air conditioner was black in this room too so the air was blowing out smoke and dirt into the room. My throat closed up and I was miserable in minutes. The bathroom also smelled bad and the toilet and showers were dirty and mildewed. We went down to eat because we had traveled all day and had not eaten. In the restaurant pieces of old food fell out of the menu when we opened it and there was food and smears on the table and chairs and salt and pepper shakers. They didn't have what we wanted on the menu so we ended up getting noodles and they were so greasy. Both my husband and I ended up sick that night. When we got back to the room we decided we could not stay because even our bags and clothes were already taking on the stink of the room and we didn't know how we could lay down on the bed. Even the new "clean" sheets appeared dirty. The room was not like the photos, that's for sure! Finally, we went down and checked out and asked for a refund and we were not given a refund. We had to pay for a second (CLEAN) hotel room and let me tell you, getting out of that filthy Young Island hotel made it worth paying again to be able to sleep in a clean and comfortable room elsewhere.

The staff were all nice to us but really there was nothing they could do if they didn't have clean sheets or any rooms that didn't stink full of smoke. And it would have taken them hours to get the black off the air conditioner and clean the filters. They definitely should have given a refund on the room though since it is not at all as advertised. If you are a smoker and you are ok with mildew and dust and dirt and stained and torn bedsheets, then this is the hotel for you. If not, I would stay far, far away. My husband has photos we will add to this review when he gets home.

The Stay was comfortable. Rooms are not much spacious but enough for couple with all stuff like Flat screen, mini fridge, Ac, comfortable matress, Study desk. but Hair drier is missing and safe is not working. Food they served is yummy for tummy. There were something they need to concentrate.Since safe is not working they wont clean my room when i was out. Building Name plate missing becoz of renovation. No lights in the car parking area. The reception staff was inexperience and senseless.. When i checkout they asked for addition 1000 rs for late checkout.Actually my checkout was next day 12 noon but i checkedout a day before night at 8 pm. It mean they even dont know the guest checkout time. What the hell ! Later i explained them and they convinced. Even they receptionist dont know whether their bar was working or not.reception staff said its open when i climbed up its closed. My intercom was not working so everytime when i need something to ask or order i need to go reception. When i complaint then they simply said, yes sir the intercom is not working. they wont care about you. The only good thing is rooms in good location and delicious food.
