Franchement, très déçu par cet hôtel, qui ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. Dès l’arrivée, l’endroit paraît désert et sans aucune ambiance. Les équipements sont dans un état lamentable : la salle de sport est minuscule, avec du matériel rouillé et clairement mal entretenu. La piscine est glaciale, impossible d’en profiter, et les matelas autour de la piscine sont vraiment immondes, tachés et sales.

La chambre n’était pas mieux. La télévision semble dater d’une autre époque et fonctionne à peine, même après avoir signalé le problème. L’isolation est catastrophique : on entend toute la rue, les voitures et les klaxons comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes en permanence. Impossible de se reposer correctement.

Et ce n’est pas tout : ils n’ont même pas d’eau à vendre sur place. Les toilettes communes ne ferment pas correctement, il n’y avait même pas de papier toilette et l’état général laisse vraiment à désirer. Quant au sèche-cheveux, il est totalement nul et de très mauvaise qualité.

Globalement, rien ne correspond au standing annoncé d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Au mieux, cela ressemble à un mauvais 2 ou 3 étoiles. Le manque d’entretien et la qualité des installations sont vraiment inacceptables pour le prix payé. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
