Nice stay in centrally located hotel.
Pros:

Central location in Miraflores, friendly and attentive staff. Clean and large rooms. Swimming pool.

Cons:

Street noise was terrible, 2 nights of my stay there were road works in the middle of the night including tarmac being laid. No AC, very outdated hotel.
