12 out of 10, and the room.. out of this world
Pros:

I have visited a number of 5 star hotels in Scandinavia, Southern Europe and the US and this was maybe the best experience so far. All in all.

The sunbeds was luxury, the food, snacks and drinks was superb and clearly affordable. The room, 80square m of luxury.

The service before and during stay was personal, proactive and caring. We had two small kids and despite this not being a ”waterland or resort”, the kids had a fantastic time.

We will return!!

Cons:

The bed, I guess a premium bed, was a bit to stiff for my taste.

Super chambre, personnel au top. L’hôtel a même une plage privée juste en face, où on peut réserver des transats gratuitement, il suffit de traverser la rue.

A one night stay in Rethymnon
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with a variety of local and continental options, great location and clean facilities! The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the harbour. A recommendation for the restaurant Nostos nearby! The beach front was beautiful and even tho the hotel was by the road, you could not hear any traffic noice in the room. We did not have time to try the beach, but there were comfy looking sunbeds and complimentary sandwiches available privately to the hotel guests. A great one night stay during our trip to Crete <3

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение. Море рядом. Вокруг отличные рестораны и недалеко исторический центр Ретимно, где есть, что посмотреть и купить.
Регулярная и качественная уборка номера, приятный вежливый персонал на ресепшн.

Cons:

Тяжелые чемоданы на второй этаж поднимали сами. В отеле нет лифтов, и персонал не нашел возможности помочь.
Очень странный номер. Радует отличный вид и огромная терраса. Но при этом ужасно спланировано место для умывания: раковина стоит в центре прихожей, зеркало сбоку - попробуйте побриться или нормально смыть макияж. Чтобы посушить волосы, нужно принести столик с террасы, чтобы туда положить фен.
В огромном номере не нашлось места для нормального шкафа с полками для размещения вещей.
С персоналом ресторана трудно найти взаимопонимание: мы в течение недели с трудом смогли объяснить, что нам на завтрак нужна овсяная каша (которая есть в меню), и что не нужно пересоливать блюда.
Такого скудного шведского стола я на завтрак еще не встречала, - поесть без дополнительного заказа по меню невозможно.

Super schönes Hotel für einen tollen Urlaub in Rethymnon
Pros:

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Leckeres Frühstück. Gute Mittags und Abendkarte zu m.E. sehr gute Preisen. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist super! Klar, auf der Straße ist Verkehr, aber alles super. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Strandteil mit Mega Liegen und Service aus dem Restaurant. Massagen haben wir uns auch gegönnt. Rethymnon Altstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wirklich toll!

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Das Zimmer war schön, aber der Whirlpool hat leider den gesamten Aufenthalt (5 Tage) nicht funktioniert obwohl uns am ersten Tag versichert wurde dass sich am nächsten Tag jemand darum kümmert (Display und Beleuchtung kaputt), er war viel zu heiß und man konnte die Temperatur nicht ändern.
