Klein und feiner Luxusaufenthalt in einer belebten Umgebung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Der Jacuzzi und die Terasse war riesig und richtig geil ! Ventilator als Zusatz zur Klima. Abendessen war sehr lecker. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstücksauswahl von Karte und Buffet war toll. Die Portionen waren ausreichend.

Cons:

Parkplatzsituation war ungünstig, da man neben der Straße parken muss und Glück haben musste. Der Lärm von der Straße + starke Windgeräusche waren sehr zu hören im Zimmer.

Pros:

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war wunderschön, sauber und der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse ein Highlight.

Die Lage ist ideal, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. Als Hotelgäste konnten wir kostenlose Liegen am Strand reservieren und haben zusätzlich Rabatte auf Getränke am Strand und im Restaurant erhalten.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage kühlte immer auf der niedrigsten Stufe, unabhängig von der Einstellung.

Schönes Hotel mit netten Service und tollem Restaurant

Super sauberes und schönes Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern . Wir möchten die Mädels von der Rezeption, Manolis und sein ganzes Team und Sophia vom Yoga Kurs hervorheben. Die Zimmer sind sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Tolles Restaurant (Magma) , sagenhafte Lage mit kleinen Privatstrand. Viele Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung , trotz allem Zimmer ruhig und isoliert. Kleines aber gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Bitte unbedingt das kostenlose Yoga Angebot mit Sophie in Anspruch nehmen, sagenhaft! Wir haben sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk bekommen, danke Manolis & Team! Die besten Cocktails werden von Manolis zubereitet, Weltklasse!

Cons:

Kein richtiger Pool, wenn der Strand überflutet ist gibt es als Alternative jedoch den Whirlpool auf dem Balkon.
Was wirklich nervig war war der Service mit den jungen Männern am Strand. Es gab oft Diskussionen bezüglich dem Wasser welches nicht gebracht wurde. Einmal habe ich sogar eine Rechnung bekommen obwohl man immer kostenlos Wasser gebracht bekommt. Die darauf folgende Diskussion war komplett unnötig. Ein andermal haben wir um 12 das Team aufmerksam gemacht dass wir kein Wasser bekommen haben, dann wieder um 14:30. um 16:30 haben wir aufgegeben und haben Wasser auf dem Zimmer getrunken. Das macht für uns den unterschied zu einem hervorragenden Hotel welches man gerne nochmal besucht.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Super grosse Zimmer und tolle Lage! Frühstück war super lecker! Viele gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch der Strand und das Meer sind toll, mit super bequemen Liegen.

Cons:

Toilette ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da mit Brause abduschen und kein Toilettenpapier in die Schüssel werfen.

Super Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Hotel
Pros:

Die Zimmergrösse und die Ausstattung sind auf absolutem top Niveau. Ebenfalls ist das gesamte Personal super nett und das Frühstück (teilweise a la carte) das Magma Restaurant ist ein absolutes Highlight in der eh schon guten Gastronomie in Rethymno.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja i standard pokoju. Wróciłam tutaj drugi raz ponieważ jest wysoki standard usług. Śniadania można wybrać sobie z karty ale jest również mały Buffet bez limitu. Super jacuzzi na balkonie z widokiem na morze. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Można zamówić sobie room service i jest duży wybor. My mieliśmy w cenie również zajęcia jogi. Najlepszy hotel w Retimno i na całej Krecie w tej cenie! Polecam!

Un séjour inoubliable à Rethymnon. Un véritable havre de paix sur ce front de mer, très animé.
Pros:

Une superbe suite avec une vue sur mer exceptionnelle. Un magnifique coucher de soleil depuis notre terrasse avec jacuzzi. Le restaurant le magma est à la hauteur de cet établissement. Le personnel très souriant a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Les cours de yoga proposés étaient d’une grande qualité et sont à recommander. Tout était parfait !
