The hotel is closed to the plaza only 4 blocks
El Hotel bueno, acorde a la tarifa cobrada.
Las habitaciones buenas, completas, limpias.
El personal de recepcion mal instruido en temas de reservas a traves de una pagina web. De arranque la recepcionista me dijo que no entregaban factura y que le reclamara la factura DEL HOTEL!! a Despegar.com. Que como me iban a dar factura si Despegar.com no les habia pagado todavia.!!!!! Que la tarifa no incluia desayuno!!!! tuve que demostrarle entrando a la pagina web de Hoteles.com y mostrarles que si estaba incluido el desayuno y me contesto "es un error ..."; despues de algunas precisiones se vieron obligados a reconocerme el desayuno. Que por cierto fue bueno un desayuno americano.
Despues de mucho reclamar, entendieron que ellos me debian dar una factura, para lo cual accedi a pagar el IGV adicionalmente a la tarifa ya pagada de acuerdo a la reserva, y de acuerdo a lo especificado aqui en la pagina de Hoteles.com, me cobraron un adicional incluso de mas aduciendo que habia otros impuestos mas, como el impuesto a la renta!!!. Y al final me enviaron a mi whatsapp, por que no dan la factura inmediatamente, una Factura por un valor menor a lo pagado. Evadiendo impuestos.
Defintivamente no recomendado para personas que van por viaje de trabajo y que necesitaran factura.

Valio muchisimo la pena ir a conocer Cajamarca y estar en un luigar tan acogedor con el trato tan gentil del personal y señor que te recoge del aeropuerto. Vale la pena, no se arrepentirán.
