Muy buena atención en la recepción, sin embargo, el personal auxiliar y algunos meseros algo confianzudos con el huésped...hay que entrenarlos en servicio al cliente, no perder de vista su rol.

Cons:

El almuerzo bastante básico para la categoría del hotel...no volvería a considerar almorzar allí...no es cuestión de ingredientes, el inconveniente es el manejo que le debe dar el chef, quien es el que debe planear el contenido y presentación del plato.
Me resulto más económico pagar la estadía por Booking, cuando en otras ocasiones el pago directo con el hotel fue más favorable, no hubo oportunidad de hablar con el gerente del hotel al respecto.
