Pros:

Sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders toll sind die Außensauna und die gemütliche kleine Innensauna. Auch das Frühstück ist ein Highlight mit großer Auswahl an selbstgemachten Tees und Müslis. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

In general, this place is definitely not below the average, the things that lead to poor rating are in "what I didn't like"

Cons:

The main issue:
Hotel management made a strategic decision to save couple dozens euro on shower mat in sauna's shower, instead they put a "slippery floor" sign on the wall. The floor was definitely slippery, as a result my snowboard vacation became 4 days shorter (the ankle got swollen and very painful in 2 days).

Other things that were disturbing:
1. There were no heavy curtains in my room AND as soon as the sun rises above the mountain - it hits you right in the face. So in case you want to sleep bit longer - forget about it.
2. No table for computer in the room - I had to take plastic table from the balcony and clean it properly (it was very dirty)
3. The faucet in room's shower was (I think) at least my age, it was pretty tough controlling water temperature with it.

To conclude - it could be a nice place if maintained; its relatively quiet, though its near the road, the room is pretty spacious and there is a beautiful view on the mountains.

Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, denkt goed mee. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Prima locatie op onze doorreis naar Italië en fijn dat er mogelijkheden zijn om in het hotel te dineren.

Cons:

Jammer dat er geen airco op de kamer is, erg warm in de zomer.

Beautiful surroundings and key location close to many facilities and skiing areas. Cozy and comfortable apartment with views.

Cons:

Parking can be a bit tricky, especially in the evening. When arriving, the heating system was off and it was a little bit colder during the first evening of our stay.
