Requires lots of physical improvements
Pros:

After a long days stressful travel we arrived at the hotel to find that the elevator was not working and our room was on the third floor. The ladies managing the hotel were very helpful; and took our luggage to our room for us - my wife and I being seniors, carrying heavy bags upstairs was beyond us. The room was disappointing in appearance; but, the view from the balcony was excellent. Then the air conditioner did not work and the temperature was in the mid 30s. By 10:30 pm, we gave up and requested a new room. The ladies were apologetic and obliged us; but, the air conditioner in the new room was so poor that it took another 2 hours before it was cool enough to sleep.
The provided breakfast was excellent, checkout went smoothly (with a Euro 5 deduction) and the ladies drove us to the port to get the ferry.

Great hotel
Pros:

The room was clean, balcony with table and chairs and great view over the sea. The breakfast was superb.

A great hotel.
Pros:

The room was very clean, spacious with a truly wonderful view over the sea. The breakfast was one of the best with fresh fruit, cereal, cheese, charcuterie, fresh orange juice, yoghurt, eggs, etc etc. all served at your table. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the hotel.
Great value for money and will definitely stay again.
