Great property. Would stay here again!

The staff were very polite and hospitable. They were very welcoming and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.

Greco Hotel was a beautiful home in Hydra that was very authentic. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming and the hostess prepared an amazing homemade breakfast each morning. On the day we departed we left early and she even prepared us some food to take with us.

A very pleasant stay, a quiet location, easy to find with signs, good nights sleep.

Very pleasant staff and lovely location

Maria was the perfect host. She made us feel immediately welcome and was more than happy to assist with what to do and where to eat. She even went as far as helping with cleaning our beach towels! I can’t recommend this place enough as she made our stay absolutely wonderful

A home while being on vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at the Greco Hotel in Hydra. Maria and her son were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our four days on the island. The room was very clean upon our arrival and cleaned very well each day. The hotel garden is lovely and there is a great place in the back to wash some clothes and out them out to dry. Very easy and short walk to the port and other parts of this wonderful island.

What a beautiful hotel! Maria and her staff are so kind and helpful. The hotel has a lovely patio and a beautiful garden around the whole property. The room was large for Europe and was very clean and nice. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Such a lovely family run hotel.

Wonderful stay at Greco! Easy walk from the ferry, no steps to navigate with luggage. Convenient to everything. Maria was wonderful, recommended a fabulous local taverna and called to ensure we would be able to get a table. Did not have but breakfast is available, lovely outdoor patio to enjoy it on

Very welcoming family-run hotel. Nicely situated.

The room and shower room was clean and basic but not the room we booked with the terrace as the photo but had a window with a view of a plastic football pitch!!
We arrived at 10.30 am but were not allowed access to the room until 3pm.
The owner on reception was business like and not very welcoming or friendly but as we were only staying one night it was not a problem.

We loved the quiet area that hotel is located in although it’s a bit of a walk up cobbled streets in heat of summer is worth it has a lovely tree covered area to eat breakfast which is an exceptional spread made by mama
We loved staying here having stayed at another hotel lower down which was part of our tour stop but think the Greco had more ambience
Only thing the beds were a bit firm for us but found that a lot throughout our tour of Greece

Stayed for 2 nights and was a pleasure. Located around 5 minutes from the picturesque harbour walking down narrow cobbled streets. Hotel decor perhaps a little dated but well maintained and spotlessly clean. Family run and mother and son could not have been more friendly. Eating breakfast on the patio amongst the trees is a real pleasure with the a wide choice and home made treats. Would happily recommend and stay when visiting the island again.

Maria is wonderful. Nice garden to read in. Yummy treats some mornings at breakfast. We requested foam or blankets to soften the beds and were very comfortable with the foam on top. Lovely stay.

The Greco Hotel is a nice family run hotel. Maria the manager always went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The homemade breakfast buffet was very good. It was a little ways from the center of town but not too far. We would definitely stay again.
