Pros:

Rooms were cozy

Cons:

The smell.could be better. The ground floor smelled of urine especially near the entrance to the eating area.

Very poor..thief's at the hotel.
Pros:

Every thing is good , but I lost my money when I went outside . Thief's are there in the hotel. Please be careful with your property 🙏

Cons:

Thief's in the property..stollen my money , for travelling i withdraw money and kept in lagguage my only mistake was to not to lock my suitcase and went outside within couple of hours I returned and next day I had to rush to station to catch the train ... After reaching home I learnt I was robbed.

Canceled without my knowledge.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

They canceled my booking without informing. It was a "pay at hotel" booking. On may 8th, I had sent a message on my arrival time and it was approved. But when I reached the hotel, the reception guy very cooly told me that the reservation has been canceled. I was shocked and had to search for an alternate accommodation late at night. Overall a big disappointment with the hotel and booking.com.
