Enjoyable Family stay at this property.
Pros:

The location.Approachable staff.Dining facility.

Cons:

1)Housekeeping efficiency. For two members in a room, keeping only one set of Bathroom towels.
Had to seek additional towels on two occasions.

2) I had my booking done through Booking.com
With a confirmed final booking amount of Rs.78435.
However during checkin I was informed by the Hotel that due to tax misconsideration an additional amount of Rs.5967 is payable.

This was disappointing as such errors not expected from well established organisations.

Good business hotel for short stays
Pros:

Location, good rooms

Cons:

No attention to details. Did not see choice of rooms while I booked and gave us the wrong room, room keys did not work, TV was not hooked to service provider. Subsequently got fixed but not expected of an ITC hotel.
