Excellent service from the housekeeping staff Rakesh and Rajesh and Pramod. The room was clean and in pristine condition. Enjoyed my stay here.

I have stayed in multiple hotels in coimbatore and found the hotel to be nice. Got affordable pricing from mmt and the hotel is near to the railway station. It is central part of the city and can be easily accessed.

1425, Overall good service from Welcom ITC Coimbatore. Room is very neat and clean. Bimal is the one who is incharge of the floor who took a special care to make sure room is clean.

Stay was wonderful - Rakesh, Bimal and Rajesh were all helpful. The breakfast staff were amazing, very thoughtful and just wonderful service. Blessie, shivraj to name a couple.

Stay was good. Special thanks to Tanaya from the staff. Hotel is very popular with runners who come for the Coimbatore Marathon

We had a great experience ( room no 1407) and Mr. Bimal and MR. Primal was very courteous and caring and made sure we were at our most comfort.

The cleaning here was done really well. Kalishwari, Praveen and Pramod did an excellent job. The cleaning was done fast and efficiently, all three were also very hospitable.

Shiva Bharathi from housekeeping was very good at his job and made the room spic and span. Kudo to him. He did him job thoroughly without and hesitation.

Recently, my family of five and I enjoyed a leisure stay at ITC Welcomhotel, Coimbatore, where we had booked two rooms. As we were travelling with an elderly family member, having interconnected rooms was very important to us. Although the team did inform us about the subject-to-availability clause, I clearly communicated our requirement. Mr. Ilango, the Front Office Manager, truly understood our situation and thoughtfully arranged interconnected rooms for us 😊🙏.

Even before check-in, the hotel’s hospitality and genuine understanding of guest needs spoke volumes about the property. Our check-in experience was seamless, and every staff member we encountered was exceptionally well-trained, professional, and consistently warm and welcoming.

The food was outstanding, with the South Indian cuisine being a definite highlight 😋. The beautifully done Christmas decorations deserve a special mention—they truly captured the festive spirit and made us feel immersed in the Christmas vibe.

Overall, it was a truly wonderful and memorable stay.

The only minor drawbacks were that one of the rooms did not have a bathroom door lock, and the hand shower in the cubicle was missing. Aside from these small issues, everything else was excellent.

The room was so cleaned and when we need any thing kalishwarai (Housekeeping) she helped us alot special thanks to Promod and gokul who trained Kalishwarai.

Stayed for a night on occasion of my daughers birthday,they made great efforts to ensure we saw the best day ..to name few support staff I would mention Bimal ,kailashwesri,Praveen and pramod doing great support...

Also the man (life guard- appologies for forgetting name Sir) at swimming pool was soo warm and helpful

Perfect location, close to all amenities; high hospitality level among staffs; always someone there with a smiley face to help. Rajesh is one of them with plentiful information handy about the hotel and the city it was nice to have chat with him for good local knowledge.
