Fredj Hotel and Spa

Staff was great. We had a beautiful view of the sea and Medina. Very relaxing. Parking was on site. Areas for improvement include laundering curtains. There is some water damage on walls and shower could use a deep cleansing. It appears hotel is working on it. Breakfast is fair. Pool is nice but it’s not the pool you may see in pictures. That one is the hotel across from Fred’s. We would consider staying here again. Has potential and location to Medina is about 10-15” walk. All hills. Near the American Legation museum which is a well kept secret.

Séjour très décevant. L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant : ma chambre donnait sur la route et l’entrée principale, et il était impossible de dormir correctement. Les clients qui rentraient de soirée à 6h ou 7h du matin réveillaient tout le monde sans aucun respect. De plus, aucune prise de courant dans la salle de bain, rendant impossible l’utilisation de mon matériel. Enfin, le prix est vraiment trop élevé pour le niveau de confort proposé.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Man könnte mehr draus machen. Aussen und am pool Renovierungsbedürftig.

Friendly staff with a good location. The property is definitely in need of maintenance.

Het is best achterstallig, de hotelkamers hebben zeker wel een renovatie nodig. Ook qua schoonmaak word niet alles gedaan. Her beddengoed is niet vervangen. Ik moest een hele dag wachten op schone handdoeken. Het verf komt van de muren los. De balkondeur kan niet op slot. Niet veel keuze qua ontbijt. De ligging van het hotel is wel centraal. Het zwembad is ook wel lekker alleen is daar ook veel van kapot of beschadigd.

The area very convenience, walkable and safety places. The bedroom pillows are very soft and old.

The hotel has probably seen better days but the staff was Incredibly helpful. When my room air conditioner was not working they allowed me to switch right away. They found me a phone charger right away. The pool was very refreshing And you can't beat the location for being right by the Medina and Grand Market and much more. It does not hurt that I am named Fred and my last name starts with J So I felt like I was at home! For the money a great place to stay.

Hôtel très propre, chambres bien équipées en très bon état, excellent petit déjeuner, très bien situé dans Tanger !

Très décevant la chambre n était pas très propre, la porte des toilettes ne pouvait pas se fermée a clé ,pas de rideaux de douche toute l eau sortait de la salle de bain .Les points positifs sont le petit déjeuner qui était très bon et l emplacement de l hôtel on peut tous faire a pied

The hotel is in a great location, just outside the Medina. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. We had two rooms with sea views. The rooms had a great view, comfortable beds and were clean. The only problem was that the shower wall was very small so water got all over the bathroom
Floor when I showered, but it wasn’t a big deal. The water pressure was very strong in the shower and stayed hot. Overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

Le personnel est sympathique et l'hôtel est pas très grand donc très agréable.

Overally okay.. but toilet abit easily flooded with water after using

I was very disappointed. The hotel was overbooked. Although the staff tried to accommodate us by sending us to another hotel. We were places at kenzi solazur which was terrible. The bathroom was full of mold everywhere and it was extremely noisy.

Watch out! Pictures of the room are not correct. The manager said they will sort this out, but I see that this is still an issue. I booked because I liked what I saw. What I got in the end was not even close to that.
Hotel itself is OK, but staff should learn something. Instead, they offered me upgrade for a big fee to the room that I actually booked. Stay somewhere else.

Nous avons fait un Circuit dans les Principales villes du Maroc en commençant par Rabat et en terminant à Tanger on nous a suggérél’hôtel Fredj Car c’est un hôtel flambant neuf et de plus il est à proximité de la vieille ville (la médina) Ainsi nous pouvions faire les visites à pied l’hôtel est très calme les chambres sont très jolie et confortables Et le petit déjeuner est complet de plus malgré un temps très pluvieux nous avons pu profiter du bar où se trouve un joli piano à queue avec plein de petits salons et des tv pour oublier l’ennui ! Seul bémol il n’y a pas de wi-fi dans les chambres ce qui est fort dommage pour la qualité de l’hôtel.

Llegamos a las 7 de la tarde y nos dicen que no tenemos habitacion teniendo la reserva realizada dede hace mas de un mes y pagada y nos dan la opcion de otro hotel que estaba bastante lejos y de tres estrellas con lo cual no aceptamos al final conseguimos por nuestra cuenta habitaciones en un hotel al lado pero ni se dignaron a llevarnos las maletas ni esa noche ni recogerlas a la mañana siguiente que si teniamos habitacion
