The most magical settings and most amazing service

I booked for 2 nights as a secret proposal and birthday for my partner and it was simply amazing…breathtaking views, the staff are there 24/7 for you via WhatsApp making your trip effortless and as enjoyable as possible.

The hotel itself is very secluded and so peaceful, we went out of season…from what I learnt I would not go to this part of the world in high season as it is not built for the influx of tourists! Sept-Oct still has the weather but far less busy.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus service which ferries you to and from the local towns, it is SUPER helpful as nothing is within walking distance from the hotel unless you’re hiking. Everyone at the hotel is so polite, knowledgeable and professional, the food is also amazing, it’s the best service I’ve ever experienced…well worth the money.

We rented a car to get to and from the airport, they have plenty of parking space however driving on the amalfi coast is not for the faint hearted or unskilled driver!

Thank you, it was truly magical!

Adorei a localização, que oferece shuttle para as cidades vizinhas.

Acomodação linda, com vista deslumbrante.

Cons:

Não tem chuveiro de parede no banheiro, só chuveirinho. Mas tem um chuveiro na sacada que é um charme.

Fantastic location

It was nice for one time, for sure not coming again.
Pros:

Beautiful location beautiful people, its magnificent and the dinner on the terrace was like a scene from a movie.

Cons:

We asked for the table on the corner and he said ok and we reserved at 8, but when we showed up on time he claimed it was book by another couple. It threw me off but thats fine. Also the rooms arent sound proof

Pool incredible views and so far peaceful- and outdoor gym with views super nice! Rooms not wow, quite basic and bit dated. The staff were generally very friendly and location excellent as a base to explore coast.

Cons:

Didn’t really get the room I booked… “same category” but not as per pics, wouldn’t have paid that much if I knew better

Pros:

The staff were absolutely outstanding. They were attentive, helpful and friendly. The location was brilliant, as from all areas of the hotel there are fantastic views of Positano or Praiano. The shuttle into Positano and Praiano was very helpful and the drivers were always friendly. The restaurant within the hotel was amazing, with delicious food at very attentive staff. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon. Thank you

Cons:

Sometimes other guests were slightly noisy around the pool, especially the children. But mostly was very quiet and peaceful

The team are so humble and genuine!
Pros:

Placido made a strong impression during my stay at Hotel Picolo. The coffee he prepared was the best I have tasted, and he was kind enough to explain the process behind it. What really stood out was how approachable he was and how generously he shared the method behind it.

His service was excellent throughout, represents the hotel very well and adds real value to the guest experience.
