Wir haben bei Ankunft ein Upgrade erhalten und hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon in der vierten Etage (ruhig) Ausstattung super, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen.

L'accueil déplorable du personnel du parking....nous avons été pressés de vider la voiture sans possibilité d'y avoir accès ...
Le lit n'était pas fait convenablement, juste la couette rabattue....

The room was a bit smaller than expected but very clean and nice. The complimentary drinks, wine and fruits as welcome was a wonderful experience to start our Greece trip in Athens. Location was perfect closer to train and bus, Plaka and Monstraki.
We walked everywhere to old Plaka, Acropolis and the convenience scores very high.
The service was excellent and we also got complimentary breakfast with an amazing spread.
The staff was super nice and friendly
