Great Location, staff, rooms and Excellent fresh food.
Pros:

The Property is very central with a nice fresh Breakfast.
The Staff and the Manager Manolis are great are on t Ball good.
The rooms vary all sizes had a big room spacious.
The Food from the Menu in the restaurant is vey tasty and has Big portions and is fresh.

Pros:

נקי. נוח. מסודר. מגבות גדולות. שידרגו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר בלי שביקשנו. ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית. מיקום מעולה. מרכז העיר וקרוב לשדה תעופה

Cons:

במיני סוויטה, אותה קיבלנו בשידרוג, המקלחת והשירותים לא ביחד ואין אור במקלחת. אין מקום לתלות מגבות אחרי המקלחת. וצריך לצאת לאיזור ללא דלת לקחת מגבת.

Please fix the escalators and if you do then I can’t find any fault.
Pros:

Plenty of space in the rooms and nice balcony

Cons:

Escalator from ground level to the reception wasn’t working so had to haul bags up a steep flight then back down two days later.
We did book the hotel because it was central and good for the airport however the noise of aircraft is significant. That must be true for most if Heraklion though.

Güzel bir konaklamaydı
Pros:

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi , kaldığımız oda ve kahvaltı güzeldi , bizi en çok memnun eden resepsiyondaki Bayan Argyro'nun nazik ilgisi ve yardımlarıydı. Buradan kendisine tekrar teşekkür ederiz.

Was lovely, we needed a little stop over before continuing on our journey and this was perfect

Accessible to the town centre and within a short distance from the airport

Cons:

The escalator wasn’t working so was difficult to get our bags up without a detour around the building or lugging them up
