Polite staff, comfy bed with full linen, spacious room, tasty breakfast with full of options, kettle with tea/coffee set in the room. Recommended!
Balcony was a bit dusted. The tray with kettle was situated on the fridge locker where there was no power socket

Sehr zentrale Lage, Parkmöglichkeit, am Hotel in der Tiefgarage. Große Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, schöne Location, alles direkt an der Stadt. Und auch nicht weit zur Küste. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.
In der Nacht kann es etwas laut werden, das ist der Preis der Innenstadt.
Die Lage des Hotels mitten in der Altstadt hat uns sehr gefallen. Im gleichen Gebäudekomplex ist eine öffentliche Garage die für Hotelnutzer zu Sonderkonditionen nutzbar ist. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und gut.
Es ist mir völlig unverständlich, dass ein Hotel der Ibisgruppe in ihren Zimmern, unser gehörte zur gehobenen Preiskategorie, einen verranzten Laminatbodenbelag toleriert, der nicht nur an der Oberfläche sehr schadhaft war sondern auch noch Fugenspalten im Bereich mehrerer Zentimeter (mehr als 5 cm), also regelrechte Löcher aufwies. Das ist drittklassig und wird dem Hotel in seinem Gesamteindruck nicht gerecht.
Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da, es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen mit Personal, Parkplatz, Innenstadt Lage und der Ausstattung.
Diesmal hatten wir ein anderes Zimmer mit einem schlechter abdichten enden Fenster. Das ist der einzige Grund für die etwas schlechtere Benotung. Sonst ist dieses Hotel top.

Esperaba más del desayuno. Había muy poca variedad.
Séjour de 4 nuitées dans une chambre avec vue sur mer. La chambre est grande, très bien équipée et propre. On s'y sent bien. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la grande douche à l'italienne. La chambre est côté rue mais elle est insonorisée. On n'entend pas du tout ses voisins. Le personnel est accueillant et adorable. Le petit déjeuner est royal, il y a un très grand choix que ce soit sucré ou salé. L'hôtel propose également un service de restauration pour le déjeuner et le dîner ainsi qu'un bar. Leur chocolat chaud est excellent. Je garderais un très bon souvenir de mon passage dans cet hôtel.

Séjour d’une seule nuit à notre arrivée en Crète. Nous avions peu de temps le lendemain matin pour nous promener dans le vieux Héraklion avant de partir à l’est de l’île pour la suite de notre séjour. L’emplacement était donc prioritaire pour nous et nous n’avons pas été déçus ! La chambre était plus spacieuse que ce que nous avions imaginé, une bonne surprise !
Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, μπάνιο με χωριστή ντουζιέρα, άνετο στρώμα, πλούσιο πρωινό , parking ακριβώς δίπλα, το κεντρο της πόλης προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια .
Πολύ μικρή ντουλάπα, δεν είχε καθόλου ηχομόνωση απο τα παράθυρα.
The hotel is close to the center. Modern look.
The parking. The central parking was more expensiv that the price written on booking and the valet who parked the car I think left the ignition on and I was left with no battery in the car. The rooms are not the cleanest. On the first night I couldn't take a shower because I didn't have shower gel in the bathroom. I announced that the child could not sleep on the extra bed because a hole was made in the middle when you sat on it, but I did nothing in the 5 nights I stayed.
