L’acqua della piscina della suite era veramente freddina non sono praticamente riuscita a usarla . A saperlo avrei preso suite con idromassaggio.

o restaurante do hotel, onde se faz o café da manhã é belissimo, cama boa.

da recepção... nos deixaram esperando por muito tempo dizendo que iam nos encontrar, depois da longa espera decidimos ir sozinhos e ficamos com duas malas grndes bem perdidos pela cidade de matera. A recepcionista só dizia: - é fácil , é fácil ... cheguei ao hotel mega estressada, sentimento esse que não combina com férias. para amenizar o meu estresse ela me ofereceu agua, esperava que fosse uma garrafinha... não ... era um copo de água. Enfim faltou cordialidadee bom senso.
