Me lo esperaba mejor, la habitación calurosa y más bonita en fotos y el desayuno muy normal.
Pros:

La ubicación y la zona donde se desayuna es bonita.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien, lo comenté y lo sabían pero no tenían otra habitación disponible para cambiarnos, nos facilitaron un ventilator pero no pagué lo que cuesta el alojamiento para dormir con ventilator que hace ruido y no es igual que un aire.
El desayuno bueno si buscas bollería, si quieres algo más sano como huevos etc es de pago extra, no incluye en el desayuno que pagas.

Exceptional stay.
Pros:

Exceptional stay. Wonderful location, beautiful room, fabulous food. Staff were brilliant. So helpful. Particularly in arranging the shuttle parking which was worth every penny. Porterage service is a life saver. Dinner in the hotel was a very special memory.

Albergo situato in posizione centrale e che offre una vista mozzafiato. Struttura completamente rinnovata e ricavata nella roccia con angoli scenici. Servizio discreto e all'altezza dell'offerta.

Ok - but wouldn’t stay there again due to music noise
Pros:

The hotel was fantastic. - great location , staff were awesome.

Cons:

There was a disco restaraunt outside our door which went until midnight 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel.

It was like being Ibiza

Fantastic hotel in Matera
Pros:

What a beautiful room - we booked a suite and it must have had 20.ft high stone ceiling! Loved the bath in the bedroom! Amazing views from the balcony.
Breakfast in a cave was a new experience- lots of choice and delicious pastries and cakes…
Staff were lovely…all very welcoming and a very special thanks to the guys who carried our bags up/down from the Palazza - thank you
