Great hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Waiters were very good. They turned into bag carriers and taxi drivers too.

Cons:

Plenty of steps from reception level to food level.
Keep fit whilst on holiday.

Basic and not much atmosphere, but very clean rooms.
Pros:

Very clean rooms and good beds.

Cons:

Place does not have much atmosphere and staff not very welcoming. Food in restaurant is basic. Overall price-quality balance not what you would expect.

Pros:

Everyone was nice and far exceeded our expectations. It was also very cheap and all the food was affordable. The staff were also very friendly and kept checking up if we needed anything else. Above all of this the view of the Himalayas was AMAZING!!

Cons:

None. Room service is not available, but this is understandable to keep the beds neat and clean.

This is a great value for money hotel and we recommend it to anyone looking for a break from the city.
Pros:

Gaia Holiday home offered a stunning panoramic view of the Himalayas. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent - best chicken curry in Dhulikhel!

Pros:

Gaia has very clean and comfortable modern rooms, a great staff and restaurant, and amazing views. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I ended up staying there for two weeks in the winter of 2022. During that time, I ate every meal from the restaurant, and amazingly, never got bored. Both the selection and quality were top-notch.

The rooms at Gaia are newly renovated, with stylish modern furnishings. There is always hot water, and when the sky is clear, epic views.

Overall, Gaia seems really well-run. The owners / managers know what a high-quality hotel should be like and successfully provide that experience. I highly recommend.

Pros:

All requests for assistance were responded to promptly and effectively. Manager and staff went beyond the call of duty. Food good and great views at the restaurant over looking the mountains. Very clean and rooms serviced daily. Very friendly and comfortable stay.
