Luxurious Stay
Pros:

Excellent customer service, they go out of their way to make you feel special. Rooms are very luxurious which aligns to the general look and feel of the hotel. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Nothing, other than advertise your facilities more, such as the rooftop bar.

Viešbučio lokacija! Viešbučio vieta mieste tiesiog puiki, ir vien ji kompesuoja kitus trūkumus. Senas autentiškas pastatas, kuriame įkurtas viešbutis, taip pat prideda žavesio, prabangos jausmo. Kambariai labai vidutiniški. Prasta garso izoliacija triukšmui iš gatvės, kurioje ne viena viešojo maitinimo įstaiga ir du to paties viešbučio barai. O vietiniai Stokholmo gyventojai gana triukšmingi!

Cons:

Užsakydami viešnagę, prašėme tylesnio, ramesnio kambario. Viešbutis žadėjo atsižvelgti. Tai gavom kambarį su langais į gatvę, kurioje barai ir restoranai:) Bent jau ne antrame aukšte:) Vonios kambarys labai tamsus. Dušo galvutę mygtuku perjungus į kitokią vandens srovę, atgal atjungti jau nebepavyko. Prieš atvykstant, viešbutis labai gražiu laišku pasiteiravo, ar nenorėtumėm nors pirmam vakarui rezervuoti staliuko jo restorane. Maloniai pasinaudojom šiuo pasiūlymu, bet staliukas rezervuotas nebuvo, nes viešbučio restoranas ir barai tam ir kitam vakarams buvo užsakyti privatiems pobūviams...

Cons:

Dostali jsme hoodně malý pokoj s výhledem do nějakého světlíku s minimem světla. S přítelem jsme se nevědomky oba navzájem překvapili darkem na pokoj, ale ani jedno nebylo připraveno (pravděpodobně špatná komunikace díky early check inu) a dodatečně bylo připraveno až po čase check inu, což trošku zmenšilo wow efekt.

Ptali jsme se na recepci, zda je potřeba dělat na večeři rezervaci, bylo nám řečeno, že ne. Večer ale nebylo téměř žádné místo a nakonec jsme večeřeli ve vedlejší místnosti.

Na snídaních by to chtělo dát smoothie dál od džusů, neboť mléčný džus měl pachuť zeleniny (byl vedle detoxového džusu)

Led v drinku viz foto zabral takového prostoru, že samotný drink byl o velikosti tak dvou panáků:(

Великолепный отель. Находится в самом центре, очень близко всё находится. Внутри отеля всё очень красиво, роскошь. Персонал очень доброжелательный, помогают поднять багаж в номер, всё объясняют. Заселили раньше, спасибо. В отеле очень красивый бар на первом этаже, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Кроме того очень вкусные коктейли делают в баре на крыше отеля. Завтраки - шведский стол и горячи блюда по меню. Очень красивый ресторан, в котором проходят завтраки. Номер светлый и очень красивый. Огромная ванная комната с окном. Кровать была настолько удобная, постельное бельё наивысшего качества. В номере идеальная чистота, успевают убрать комнату пока находишься на завтраке. Я бы вернулся ещё раз в этот отель.

Cons:

На завтраке можно было бы предложить бокал шампанского.

You can bank on this!
Pros:

We loved our stay at Bank Hotel for 6 nights.
It’s the best location - walking distance to many major attractions or a short (and easy) tram ride. Istanbul is such a busy city, our hotel felt like a peaceful retreat from the noise, heat and thrum as soon as we entered the doors. The staff are wonderful and warm. We enjoyed breakfast very much (lovely buffet and order eggs off the menu). We are celebrating a special occasion and were treated with a beautiful card, fruit, wine and rose petals in our room which was a lovely surprise!).
The converted bank building makes it a very interesting venue. The rooftop bar has a great view. We ordered wine and were given apperitifo style nibbles. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We had a terrific experience, would stay again and would recommend!

Beautiful hotel - true experience of luxury
Pros:

Lovely breakfast and luxury room - provided welcome non alcoholic wine in room and balloons for my mums birthday which was a nice touch. Very modern comfortable rooms and nice and quiet considering how central it is.

Cons:

Ended up being resolved but was charged for mini bar usage we didn’t made and staff member dealing with it on the phone was rude when I called to resolve.
