Pros:

La proprete des chambres et la gentillesse du personnel. Il y avait une bonne climatisation. Un tres bon emplacement et un bon petit dejeuner meme si les fruits n'etaient malheureusement pas au rendez-vous dans une region qui en.produit pas mal.

Cons:

La TV qui ne fonctionnait pas.

La television ne fonctionnait pas et il n'yavait pas d'ascenceur, surtout pour ce qui concerne les personnes agees.
L'eau de la piscine etait un peu trouble.

This hotel was clean and the staff were pleasant. The swimming pool wasn't clean.
Pros:

The warm shower was nice. The air conditioning in the rooms also. The continental breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had a room with two twin beds which were very small - child sized. The pool wasn't clean enough to swim in. The bar was not operating during the week days.

Train your receptionist on how to interact with clients!
Pros:

The property is well located and facilities correspond to the price.

The staff!!!
The receptionist's attitude was horrible. He was clearly not interested in serving us.
Clearly unhappy about something that we couldn't figure out. I thought he was having a bad day but it was same during checkout.

Zusammenfassung:

Ich war in 37 Ländern, in vielen Hotels und es war das Schlechteste in dem ich jemals war. Ich bin sogar das erste mal in meinem Leben vorzeitig abgereist. Nie wieder Kpalimé. Es gibt nicht mal Taxis.

Premium Room: Ganz ok. Einigermaßen sauber, aber laute Kinder in der Nähe. Vermutlich eine Schule und ein Sportplatz. Die Toiletten-Spülung funktionierte nur bedingt. Die Dusche hat das Badezimmer etwas unter Wasser gesetzt. Das schlimme war, dass das Bad nach der Reinigung dreckiger als zuvor war aufgrund der Schuhe und Erde darunter.

Essen: Keine Karte für Essen und Getränke. Mittagessen und Getränke bestellt. Nach einer Stunde nach dem Status gefragt und die Bestellung wurde vergessen. Nächsten Tag vorbestellt. Es hieß 20 Minuten. Nach 30 Minuten hieß es, dass sie eine Stunde mehr brauchen. Dann nach 1,5 Stunden kam das Essen in Tüten an. Vermutlich ist man zur einer Straßenküche gefahren und hat es da eingekauft. Ich konnte es nicht essen. Er war das minderwertigste Rindfleisch mit Fufu was ich je gesehen habe. Frühstück auch ein Katastrophe. Ein paar zerschnittene Stückchen Baguette, Butter, zwei Arten Marmelade, Tee, Kaffee, Milch. Kaffe sehr schlecht. Für Omlette wurde dann sogar noch extra berechnet. Mit Glück gibt es auch Crossant.

Service/Personal
Meist nett und bemüht, aber nicht zuverlässig und vergesslich. Auf Beschwerde hin wurde quasi nichts unternommen.
